Couldn't see a menu I need to know what is available I tried searching no luck just wanted a plate was going thru the drive thru

Stopped in for dinner while on a work trip last week. A majority of the dishes were empty and this was around 8, so I could've caught them post a dinner rush. It seemed a bit chaotic as multiple orders seemed to be being filled at once, and staff were focused on just the drive thru / to go orders versus the line that had formed inside. Could've been the timing but they weren't overly welcoming / friendly either. Not the worst experience I've had, but not the greatest either. read more

Placed a mobile order and drove all the way home which is 30 minutes out of my way to realize one of my kids entrees (teriyaki chicken) was not there. I called to let the manager know and was told twice that her associates had filled the entrees insinuating I was lying about this. Nancy (the shift manager) eventually said she would give us two cub meal replacements. Driving 30minutes back up there to get this isn't exactly what I believe should be satisfactory.but to be honest how the conversation was handled was more offensive than the missing entree. We are a family of seven and were excited to download the mobile app to be able to order online. This mistake could have easily been prevented by someone double checking the food or handling the call in a better way. Highly doubt we will ever be back. read more

Ate here last week. Friday Feb 16. Got our food to go. Went home ate dinner while watching a movie. Got almost done eating food and realized I was eating under cooked chicken. I was hoping it was just the one piece that I seen the pink in because the piece was bigger than the rest. Well. Spent 3 days living in the bathroom cause I became very sick Sat morning. I got a bogo coupon in the mail, and with my particular errands it had a great location to pick up lunch at the end of my route. It appeared very clean from all around the building. The order-taker was very courteous, and the overall experience was very quick, so there weren't any opportunities there. Good job. The opportunity was with the food itself. The chow mein and fried rice were both incredibly undercooked. The chicken entree was completely bland along with the mushrooms and zucchini. The shrimp was actually bursting with flavor but it was falling apart after a mere 7 minutes of traveling. I regret that I had to feed the sides to my dogs. We have gone, or should I say tried to go to this location. Every time we have tried to order, they are out of what we wanted. A couple of times they were out of anything chicken. Another time they only had meals that was spicy so the employee told us. Sad that you have to leave the drive thru over and over. read more

Ordered online to pickup at 6:15. Got there at 6:15 and tried picking our food up at the drive through and they had us park and go in and then left us standing there til 6:47 when they finally gave us our food. It was impossible to find out why the food was taking so long. They were slightly busy but not too bad and ignored any attempts to inquire about the food. read more

I really wish I hadn't spent the money I did yesterday. After a previous visit with undercooked food, I received a coupon for a free entree item. Yesterday, I ordered a side of chow mein and one of orange chicken. I got push back at the window for the coupon. After I pointed out it didn't require the purchase of a plate, she said it was for a small entree and not a medium like I had ordered. She offered to use it to discount the entree. I thought this would result in me paying the difference between the small and medium entree. No, it took $1.50 off and my order came out to be more expensive than a bowl for about the same amount of food. Wish I had my money back, especially since the chow mein tasted bad. read more

As I sit here starving, haven't had anything to eat all day but some chips and salsa, my wife have been craving, and wanting to try Panda Express, the new one in Rome Georgia not the one we normally go to in Calhoun Georgia. We pulled to the drive-through and begin ordering our food oh, my wife orders everything is okay, I start my order and the girl automatically tells me due to the fact that we are about to close, now mind you they close in 30 minutes, due to the fact that we are closing the portion of the kitchen where we prepare that meal has been closed down and we're not able to serve it to you tonight, okay oh, so I order something else, although I did want for my first choice, I get my food home no more than a 10 minute drive, the rice tasted light they have been sitting out uncovered for hours, or either it was very undercooked, because it was crunchy.. even though the five or six noodles of chow mein that I didn't order that was in my plate was good. The chicken what is very rubbery, I have eaten your food before and in other locations and it has been some of the best Asian food that I've had, and this from your restaurant was the worst. You are a new restaurant that just opened up why is your quality so low, and are you telling me at a certain time I must show up to be able to enjoy the full menu. The 1st and last time I will ever eat here. Food was terrible. Wife had broccoli chicken and the broccoli was uncooked. I ordered peppered angus beef, had to pay a 1.25 up charge cause it is supposedly a premium entree and it was horrible. read more
