I ordered delivery today. I ordered two meals. I received one meal. They did not put the biscuits in the order, and when I called to let them know, they were rude on the phone a female I don't know who it was but very rude and said I would have to come and pick it up, which I understand but I'm not driving. I can't drive so the food that I get did get the chicken was very dry and could barely eat it. I had to give it to my dog so I don't believe I will ever try this Bojangles again although I do usually love Bojangles meals, but this one was terrible. read more

Just went through the drive thru. We asked for well done bacon because in the past the bacon hasn't been thoroughly cooked. My sandwich was half wrapped with undercooked bacon and half of the sandwich was against the inside of the bag creating a huge grease spot. My husband checked his sandwich and he only had half a biscuit. Our fries were literally soaked in oil where the oil bled through 3 napkins. We went in to address the issues. The manager Lasandra acted irritated by our request for new food. I showed her the fries bleeding through 3 napkins and she said 'that's how they are' and she just walked away from us. Two other staff members eventually came to see what the problem was. As they are trying to address our concerns, the manager starts yelling over them. She clearly doesn't have the skills or qualifications to lead. Gazelle, thank you for your professionalism. Lasandra, the entire encounter was recorded and will be sent to the franchise owner first thing Monday morning. Do better! This is my second bad experience at this location. Chalked the first one up as an off day but now it's a trend. Please note: the greasy fry picture are of the replacement fries which were still ridiculously greasy. I stopped by this Bojangles coming from Atlanta. I was on my way to a funeral and just needed something in my stomach. I ordered my usual sausage biscuit and an order of fries! No more than $3. I feel like every Bojangles I've ever been to, the food has ALWAYS been fresh and this Bojangles was no different. I love the fries here. Always seasoned perfectly! Overall, this a nice quick stop on my way. Definitely hit the spot. read more

Had the $4 chicken biscuit. It was well prepared and enjoyed.

There are times in life when you just have to have a biscuit. And I'm talking a real biscuit here, no canned stuff. So when that urge hits I know one sure place to go for a quality biscuit (or two). Such was the case when I found myself across town with spare time on my hands and lunch yet to be consumed. I turned to my trusted Yelp app for guidance on what was near and there it was, like a dough filled lighthouse in a dark sea of hangriness (What? You don't get moody when you're hungry?). I went in knowing exactly what to order; country ham biscuit with egg and cheese added, Bo Rounds, and sweet tea. If you're going to be unhealthy, you do it 100%. Within minutes I was sitting at a table with my tray in front of me and guilt far behind me. And within a few more minutes it was all gone. That buttery biscuit, salty ham, and the warmth of it all took me back to my great grandmother's kitchen. I will always be a fan and I wholeheartedly agree with their slogan, It's Bo Time! read more

The chicken tenders were moist and crispy. I ordered spicy which was not very hot to me heat wise but has great flavor. I really enjoyed the biscuits. They were fluffy and moist. I also really like the sweet tea as it is not overly sweet. Great job! read more

This is my first time eating at Bojangles. I am not in a rush to return. We had the chicken breast and wing platter with mac and cheese, kid's tender meal with green beans, and chicken biscuit with coleslaw. Chicken breast platter: Chicken was tender and juicy, if lacking in flavor. I was incredibly disappointed as I'd heard a lot about how the chicken was spicy and super seasoned. Sadly it was just blah. No discernible spice and very basic flavors. The crust was also average to disappointing. The biscuit was chewy vs flaky and the mac and cheese tasted from a box. Chicken biscuit: I didn't try this but my husband said it was "all right". Upon some pressing he said the chicken was really thin and not too flavorful. Kids meal: my daughter ate the biscuit, only one tender and spit her green bean out. Her words were yuck! So I'd stay far away from the green beans. Cleanliness: this place was gross. You slipped on the floors when you walked and the bathrooms were even worse, I almost fell twice. There was also nowhere to change our daughter's diaper. The tables were clean at a glance but clearly had copious drink marks from not having been cleaned since opening. Service: they really could care less. If you don't know what something is and ask, the attitude is very much "are you stupid?" Asked the difference between the tenders and the other option and was talked to as if I'd asked the difference between day and night. Forget a smile, you felt bad just ordering and as if you were inconveniencing them. Overall, the only reason they got a 2 is cuz, well, it's fast food chicken so I don't hold it to a super high bar. I came in very close to closing time. The staff was friendly and happy to help me. They made me a fresh cheddar Bo, because as the manager? Shift leader? Said, "there are somethings that just need to be made and eaten hot, and a cheddar Bo is one of those things." Wow! I was impressed. Lots of fast food places would not have done that. read more

This is the worst Bojangles I have ever encountered, I absolutely love their food but this location specifically is run by a bunch of clowns.
