There were items missing in my order when I arrived home so I called to see if I could get a coupon credit instead of having to drive back. The manager said no and hung up the phone before I could ask his name. I drove back with my receipt to get the missing items and when I asked the manager why he was so rude about it they refused to replace the items. This is literally over two biscuits. The place is filthy and the oil they fry the food in is rancid because they don't change it properly and gives an awful flavoring to the fries. The drive-thru girl's red weave was cute. read more

I like bojangles but this location is terrible!! You never know what your going to get wrong order, cold food or bad attitude. Today was a wrong order and an employee with attitude. I would be happy to go into detail with management but let's say if it takes 5 people to run a drive thru lane (dinning room closed) you have serious problems. I have never had an employee go off in a fit of rage when they screwed up. We will never visit this location again. I wished I could rate in negative numbers they would be a -5 out of 5. I do feel bad for the owner as they have a lot of money invested. If I could offer one piece of advise it would be to hire a manager from Chic-filet it may be expensive but it will be the best money you ever spent! read more

Waited ten minutes for the order to be completely opposite of what i actually ordered. Ten minutes for one sandwich!

Hours are supposed to be 5:30am. Showed up with a coiled of friends to have breakfast at 6:30am. Doors locked and dining room lights off. Employees inside working drive thru made obvious effort to ignore us. A simple "sorry we're closed because..." instead of just ignoring us would have been nice. Messed up my order. I ordered 6 combos and got 3, over charged me. They also gave me a sprite that wasn't even sprite! On top of that they didn't give me my receipt so I didn't even know what they charged me for. No wonder this place is in the middle of nowhere it's because they are RUDE! read more

Management stinks. An employee yelled f the police to a gentlemen who works for department of natural resources after he payed for his food. Management didn't do anything to the employee and the officer threw his food away because he didn't trust it wasn't tampered with at that point. That is not how you run a business being disrespectful like that and you worked for me? You would no longer work for me. read more

I don't expect a lot out of fast food workers as you get what you pay for. But the people here must have dropped out in the fifth grade. I stop here occasionally for a plain chicken sandwich and not once has it been plan. I don't even leave the parking lot anymore because I know they will mess up. We've really dropping our standards if reading comprehension is no longer required. If you can't read a screen and make a sandwich there is no hope for you. read more

I ordered 7 chicken sandwiches combo and in the bag was bacon/egg/cheese sandwiches. I ordered 7 but gotten 6 sandwiches in the bag! I called and they deny I ordered chicken and hung up on me. I don't think I've ever seen a new Bojangles in my life so it was a surprise seeing the new, spacious, clean facilities (albeit it from a distance). My mom stopped by to pick up lunch. She walks in with a huge box with chicken, beans, cole slaw, and mac'n'cheese. I was surprised to find all the sides relatively tasty and the chicken cooked well with a bit of spice in the background. Here's the problem. They forgot our biscuits. That's a huge strike but the way the general manager dealt with it was a definite save. When my father called, she was polite and apologetic and said that not only would she replace the biscuits but would replace the entire chicken pack either that day or at our convenience (since it would be inconvenient to drive back). I don't think my parents have picked up that replacement chicken and biscuits yet but, assuming they are able to with no complications, this is definitely the way to turn a big negative into a positive. So, double check your order but, as far as fast food chicken goes, this was pretty good. Better than what I had from Popeye's in nearby Winder (despite Kenji Alt-Lopez's insistence that a Popeye's will almost always be the best fried chicken in any given area it is present in). read more

Driving by this on the way home in horrendous rain storm and decided to stop and grab a bite. First time at this Bojangles and ordered to Bo-tans and Cajun Chicken Biscuit with Sweet Tea and husband ordered 2-piece Spicy Chicken with mac n cheese. Delicious hot fried chicken!!! Better than Popeyes!!! Sweet friendly staff especially Tiffany and the young man putting our food together (sorry didn't catch your name). Also ordered more biscuits for next day as can't find any as good as Mrs. Winners anymore. read more

Customer service was outstanding! Food was good too. Restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean. Overall great dinner experience.

Ordered the buffet and was then told the where closing. They packed up out food in a box and told me I had to leave.

Sad as this is a great chain. The labor pool once again from Walton County prooves to produce poor team members and management. I know it is difficult to get better people but I can take the most difficult team and make it successful. No excuse..food ok store is clean staff is ... Confused at best untrained at worst. Great for breakfasts! Some of the best biscuit around with generous amounts of meat, eggs and/or cheese inside. Sweet biscuits are a specialty if that's your thing. The Bo-rounds are really good but be sure to ask for seasoning on them. Grits, gravy and breakfast platters are also available. The Cajun style chicken is good and less expensive than Popeye's. Great dirty rice and the bowls with rice, beans and unbreaded chunks of seasoned chicken breast are a very good deal and tasty too. Bo's has the best tea around. We always order a jug to take home. The service is friendly and for a brand new restaurant pretty good. During morning hours there is a very sweet older lady who goes around from table to table greeting diners and making sure they have everything they need. Really nice touch. Tables are cleaned promptly and area is well stocked with salt, pepper, tableware, creamer etc... only suggestion is to put salt & pepper shakers on tables as in Loganville. read more
