I recommend driving the few extra miles to Cielo in Loganville! You're only as good as your fish tacos. Mine tasted like they were microwaved the thawed out and then thrown in a skillet. In all fairness, I only took one bite, but the fish smell was so sticky. I couldn't bear another bite. Perhaps I got the wrong item on the menu cause this place is packed and loud. And it's not cheap. Came for lunch around 11:30. They weren't busy at all. It was 5 minutes before anyone came to the table. Ordered tacos and an order of grilled chicken nachos with jalapeno. Took the food forever to come out, my grilled chicken was cut into 4 huge strips and the chips were already completely soggy. The chicken was good, but couldn't eat it with the chips, as the chips were liquid and the chicken was huge, even after attempting to cut it up. They charged me $3.50 for the $0.10 with of jalapeno. We had an amazing experience here for my husbands birthday. The service was quick and our party of 8 was in and out in an hour after cake and presents. The food was prepared fresh and was enjoyed by our entire party. The portions are huge and you could easily share an entree! Definitely worth checking out! This place is hard to rate because sometimes it's stellar, other times I'm in disbelief at the service i'm getting. The food itself is usually spectacular. I enjoy the enchiladas and queso dip, and everything is usually hot and delicious when it comes out. They have a lot of different options on the menu including vegetarian, so everyone could easily find something they may like. The service, however, is atrocious at best. I have had multiple times where I visit and the waiter or waitress is nowhere to be found. I come between lunch and dinner time when it isn't busy, so i'm confused as to why this keeps happening. It's standard to have the waiter check up after you receive your food or give you refills, but I just have not received that here. A lot of employees talking to each other and ignoring the customers, which comes off as rude and unwelcoming. The place itself is decently clean, and they usually have fun decorations up for the holidays. I'd say it's worth trying for the food, but the service definitely can be off putting, especially if you're trying to dine quickly. read more

It's constantly busy yet they always maintain great service and quality, as well as short wait times if any at all! I've come at lunch and dinner and in between and I have never been disappointed no matter who has served me. The management is always very welcoming and remembers me as well as the servers. Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant around the area. I recommend the chipotle chicken as well as the rice bowl with steak. If you get the bowl it's 2x the food as Chipotle and still technically cheaper since guacamole and cheese dip is included! And seemingly 2x the amount of meat here. Best chips and salsa as well. Food was 3/10. I ordered the fajita chicken chimichanga with rice and beans and southwest eggrolls. Chicken was dry and chewy. On the main plate the only thing edible was the beans. The egg rolls were gross. What you see between my fingers is uncooked egg roll dough. Tried San Andres for the first time on a Saturday for dinner. The place was packed! We were seated in a booth. The service was great! Chips and salsa kept coming! The food was served hot. Everything tasted great and portions were huge! Looking forward to the next visit! I highly recommend this place! A cut above the normal Mexican restaurants in the area. Our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised to find an exceptional Experience. The chips were good, and the salsa was especially tasty. The fresh guacamole was very good, with great texture and flavor. I had the best seafood enchiladas I've ever had (and I eat that entree quite often when it's offered at Mexican joints) The Caribbean chicken my wife ordered was a flavorful and well presented dish. Even the Mexican rice was superb because it was moist and delicious, as opposed to many restaurants that treat the rice side dish as a dry afterthought. My wife and I come here quite often and the food is always consistently good. The service is hit or miss, but every time we have Kemareai the service is outstanding. He has been our server in the restaurant and at the bar and he is absolutely the best. I hope management takes notice and gives him a bonus. read more

I find that many Mexican restaurants overly salt their food in lieu of using herbs and spices. You can taste the herbs and spices in this food. The enchiladas in particular were delicious. I really enjoy this restaurant. We waited a bit after it opened to get the kinks out and were very happy when we went. After several more visits it is now a favorite. The staff is plentiful and helpful and friendly. The hostess is always present so there is no awkward wait to be seated. The bartender is creative and accommodating (young man with longish hair pulled back) and I love the original cups. The seating is comfortable and can accommodate large or small groups and the decor is beautiful. Our servers have been friendly and knowledgeable and the server we had for a large party was a young woman with several other large tables who handled it very well. The food has been consistently delicious, from appetizers to flatbreads to bowls to specials. After trying several items so far my favorites are the bowls. We will be back often. read more
