Every restaurant had an hour and a half wait, so we were happy to find a place where we could eat without waiting. First time at a Bojangles and really enjoyed my meal. The staff was friendly, and the menu is varied. I opted for the chicken breast and wing, along with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese and it came with a biscuit. The chicken had a nice spice to it, and the sides were excellent. The biscuit was the best I have ever had. They even had jelly packets which made it even better. I would really like a fork to eat....sporks are just silly. Four stars as I think it could have been lots cleaner in the dining area. read more

I went to this location in reference to ordering breakfast for my family of five. When I arrived at the drive thru, I was met with a cordial greeting and responded with my normal catch phrase " Living the Dream". The attendant laughed and took my order even offering to make my 6 pack of bo-berry biscuits half cinnamon. I then went to the window and met a delightful young lady who referred to me as living the dream. She had a great attitude and made my visit enjoyable. read more

Best best fast food ever! This particular location was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We placed a huge order via the drive thru and everything was correct. We received our food and everything was nice and hot and flavorful. The biscuits are delicious with honey! I'll miss this place when I head back home up north. read more

In the drive through at Bojangles and after waiting for 30mins in the line with two kids in the car and FULLY placing our order. We were told that they no longer had Mac and Cheese and that we would have to wait 20minutes for the next batch. Because they will have to thaw it out, cook it and it will be a long time. We told her we would just take the rest of the macaroni that she has along with our other items. Then she goes to do something in the register and hands us out money. We were confused, she said here's your money back, sorry about the macaroni. I mentioned that we just spoke and stated we still wanted to get the rest of the items as well as the little bit of macaroni that she had available. She was so confused and catching an attitude, although this was her mistake not ours. While we waited again it had been about 35 minutes now total that we waited in this line. She asked if we all waited free drinks while we waited. We accepted the kind offer, and finally 10 minutes later our food was ready. By then we had been in bojangles line for 45 mins for 7 picnic size side items. We get home open our bag, the macaroni she said she had left and that she was going to give us was not in the bag, she gave us green beans that we NEVER ordered and our fries were so cold. Unfortunately my friends that line here says this has been the WORST bojangles they have ever been too. They are originally from Charlotte and now live in North Myrtle Beach and says this bojangles Service has always been horrible. This isn't good bojangles. read more

Bojangles is a fast food chain that I have only ever had in the Carolinas. Founded in the 1970's and based out of Charlotte, this was my favorite fast food place to eat at when I lived in Charlotte. Bojangles has this steak biscuit that I would crave so bad it hurt. I am glad to say with this visit, I am finally over it, but I just had to have one more sweet good bye. My parents and I were heading out of Myrtle Beach to head back to Charlotte, and this was the closest fast food place on the way out of town from our hotel. The service in the drive thru was speedy on a Sunday morning. The coffee was nice and hot. Come check them out if you are nearby. You won't regret trying the chicken. It is truly the bomb.com. Their Cajun fries have just the right amount of kick to them. My one regret is I didn't get enough pictures because we were on a time crunch to get back. Great service, good food, reasonable prices, easy access in and out and on your way. Fried chicken restaurants are always busy, especially if you have bunch of people trying to get family meals. This location was excellent in the way the staff worked together to get all the customers served despite a few negative attitudes from the customers. The food was hot and fresh and very tasty- not greasy like other chicken joints. The homemade sweet tea hit the spot and everyone in our party enjoyed their dinners. read more

Other Bojangles might be worth it, but I will not remember this one fondly. We went last week for the second time in a few years. First time a few years ago was less than pleasant but we thought we could give it another chance. This time was even worse and we are not coming back: Staff did not seem to care. Nothing was fresh. Biscuits were not fluffy. Chicken was so spicy you could not taste the meat. Fries were so salty you might as well pour a salt shaker in your mouth. Goodbye! see you never again. read more

Long Story: I came here on a vacation and made a stop at Bojangles...one of the best fried chicken places in the south! It's better than KFC and Smithfields. Always hit Bojangles when in the south. Aside from the best bacon egg and cheese biscuit on earth the chicken is good too. So we stop in and the service was great. They were having a great combo deal where you get a ton of food for like 22 bucks. Says it feeds 4 but normal people like 6 or so. Great service and great food. My family and I have never been to Bojangles before, so we walked in and asked the cashier if she recommended anything and she blankly said, "No." The workers were very rude and weren't accommodating. Half of the workers were wearing their masks around their neck. They acted impatient when the kids of the family would ask questions like, "What is a thigh compared to a breast?" Their knowledge of their own product was nonexistent. Our total was about $55 and the food was below mediocre. When informing us that they were out of wings (when the order was almost complete), she spoke to the father, but when the father said he didn't get wings the employee ignorantly said "I wasn't talking to you." I had a good time at this restaurant. Everything went great, in all regards: the building was clean and elegant, with plenty of seating; my order was fast and accurate, and satisfying; the service was friendly and relaxed. There in the wonderfully air-conditioned dining room, I ended up whiling away a long lunch hour, just sipping coffee and reading a good book as the world hummed around me. All in all, it was a highly positive experience, one that I treasure, however "small" and routine (the best things in life are free, no?). So, I'd like to extend my thanks to everyone at this Bojangles, for enabling my pleasant lunch outing. Keep up the good work :-) read more

This is the WORST Bojangles I've ever been to! We've been trying to deal with their lack of product knowledge, inability to get orders correct and closing earlier than any other fast food restaurant in the area for months now and we are OVER IT! A few weeks ago it was 7 pm and they were out of biscuits and they said "We aren't making biscuits because we are about to close." What? That's like Starbucks saying we aren't making coffee or McDonald's saying we aren't cooking burgers because we are going to close. Well if that's what you sell as one of your main things- CLOSE ALREADY! Why are you open at that point, just to clock some more hours? Today, at the drive through I placed my order, they read it back and it was wrong. I repeated the order, it was only four biscuits, and it was read back wrong again. I repeated the order again and told them to just forget the drink because maybe that was the problem. Maybe adding a drink confused them. They read it back as I had said. I get to the window, the drink I said forget is there (and I paid for it). This was a whole other thing, the workers don't seem to know the difference between Cherry Soda and Fruit Punch. While at the window I pointed out to the guy on his own drink dispenser where the cherry soda was. "Oh. It does say cheery." he replied. Then I get home with the food. No! No! No! Simple order and it's on the receipt Bacon Egg and Cheese not Bacon and Cheese! Which was repeated to me when ordering at the speaker and I corrected it. Now I didn't open every wrapper to see what was in it before I drove away but I counted and saw the 4 wrappers which indicates to me the order is correct. So one biscuit went to the dog because the person I got it for said it's too salty without the egg and I don't blame her. Save yourself the trouble, hit McDonald's or for a sit down, Golden Corral's got a pretty good breakfast. read more

This is similar to all the other fried chicken places I have at home in MN. Honestly, was not that impressed with the actual chicken, or the service. Service was a bunch of teenagers that seemed more interested in socializing than providing good customer service. I asked what came on the chicken sandwich and the girl had to asked 2 different people. For the chicken itself, it wasn't very warm, lacked basic seasoning and was dry. PASS. read more

Stopped for lunch today and didn't realize it would be dinner time by the time we got served. Went through the drive thru and the person completely got the order wrong and never once did I ask for a Pepsi but each time the lady wanted me to have one. After repeating my order several times they told me to just pull around. Another lady was there and she confirmed the order and drinks and after sitting there for 10 minutes at the drive thru window we got our order. As another person wrote they didn't give us our biscuits either but we didn't go back because our vacation time was limited and didn't want to spoil it waiting on them to right their wrong. How hard is it to get an order correct when it's something they serve daily? I doubt anyone there knows what Yelp is so they won't be able to read this. read more

The first time I came to this location they had shut the grill off 45 minutes before closing and told me that they had, "run out of biscuits". For a business known for there fried chicken and biscuits they had nothing to show for it with nearly an hour left till close. The second time I came here the lady gave me an unwelcoming and overall rude attitude when asking my order and had me sitting at the window for 20 minutes with only two other cars in the drive through. This location needs to work on there hospitality and guest service, The manager should speak to the employees or make changes to the way he's running his location. read more

My family is on vacation and we decided to try Bojangles Chicken and Biscuits Family Meal after a long day at the beach. We've never had Bojangles before so we didn't know what to expect. It's defiantly better than KFC which is the fried chicken restaurant go to where we live, but boy it was spicy and I didn't see anywhere where they warn you that it is spicy and I feel like they should, especially when ordering a family meal, because most kids don't appreciate spicy foods. I personally don't mind spicy things and enjoyed it, but my husband doesn't care for spicy things, but he said he'd still give it a 4 out of 5. Our little one is 6 though and she wouldn't eat the chicken, she did enjoy the biscuits though! The chicken was pretty good overall, the biscuits were awesome, and we chose their green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy as fixins', they were ok, just can green beans and tasted like boxed mashed potatoes to me. Overall though it wasn't a bad meal for the price. read more
