I say this because my latest adventure to Wendy's was at lunch on a Friday. The manager took a personal phone call and went back to the office, but not before she wrapped a burger with the phone on her shoulder and placed the sandwich on a cardboard box that another employee retrieved for the window. That's just a small sampling of the chaos of Wendy's and it seems to be at many of their restaurants around the country. At this store, there is almost always a very, very slow line. The employees look miserable. That may be because they don't have the resources to do their job well (training, etc.), but I can't say for sure. Whatever the problem is, it can be fixed if the corporation will get their act together. It's irresponsible of them.
