While it may not seem to be a big deal, prices what they are should dictate quality and accuracy. So we paid 100% full price for 87.5% nuggets. Very irritating. They were undercooked, saturated with grease and as limp as branches on a weeping willow tree. We ended up feed those to the ducks at a nearby pond. This was not the kind of food quality or order accuracy I have come to expect from Chick Fil A. I may give this particular location another chance. Bad days can happen. But it doesn't take a rocket scientist to count to 8, know how long nuggets have been sitting out or how to properly deep fry potatoes. One mistake on a single order is one thing. But three may be an indicator of bigger problems. 2 1/2 star avg for Chick Fil A? This location obviously has service issues.
