Had to wait for one of the burgers to be cooked and the rest of the order was placed on a tray to get cold during the wait. The lids , straws and napkins were empty and you had to go to the counter and ask for them. The tables and floor were nasty ,food drink and debris everywhere. Very disappointed. Don't expect customer service like advertised. Don't order on the app and expect to get it delivered to your table # as advertised. Instead expect to get screamed at by your table # telling you to come get your food nobody in line a couple of people sitting inside heaven forbid they have to what they advertise. This is absolutely the most abhorrent mcdonald's i have ever been to with the most disrespectful staff. The worker was underage and seemed drunk at the window and they treat all of their customers horribly, make fun of them, and mess up their orders on purpose for no specific reason other than being foul human beings. 95% of the time I get any kind of fast food, my order is wrong, so I've gotten used to something always being wrong with my order, however after going to this location maybe a dozen times now, I have to say that I'm impressed! I usually go through the drive through when I get food here and if you get your food that way its fast but I have gone inside twice and both times its like they dont expect customers to come in. You have to wait and wait for someone to notice that there is a customer for them to come over and take your order, and then after they give you your food you cant get anyones attention to help with getting you anything. The actual food is ok, but if you get breakfast here then dont expect the same quality each time. I think that might be because they have a high turn over but not sure. So this particular location has some service thats good and some service that needs to be fixed right away. Went there and ordered food. Had to repeat the order three times and still didnt get it right. On top of that who ever made the cheeseburgers put so much onion on it they could have easily spread it to three more burgers. They were also made messy. I understand a lot of places are short staffed but please make your customers food with a little more respect. The McDonalds at Jake and Mooresville rd in Salisbury is one of the worst . Slow sloth like service food cold. Managers not available. Food not coming out like the brand specifically wants. I tried to purchase 10, $5.00 gift cards, Was given 5, $10 gift cards. After them trying to correct this, I finally asked for a refund. I was given a receipt showing $20 refund. Upon brining this to their attention I was given another receipt showing a $32 refund. Two days later the refund transactions have yet to show on my bank statement. I went in this morning and the manager said I was refunded cash. I did not receive my gift cards, no cash refund, nor any refund to my bank account. Be careful here, they apparently refunded my $50 as cash and kept it, telling me it would show on my bank statement. Horrible business practice, deceitful, dishonest, and theives. Be forewarned. Bad service. I bought a coffee and had another drink on the table from somewhere else. The manage proceeded to rudely interrupt my conversation and yell at me and my friends to "get rid of our drinks." I would have understood if she had asked us politely but she yelled at us and was very rude. It also doesn't help that she was the manager; employees are the biggest example of how a store operates and if the manager is rude I cannot imagine it as a good environment for consumers or workers. read more

This McDonalds is convenient as I work on this side of town. They get the order wrong in drive thru 25% of the time. I find that most of the employees are sweet although there are some bad apples. Have you ever started your day on a high note, feeling great....then have your whole attitude be changed by a horrible experience ten minutes later? That is what happened this morning. I pulled into the drive thru to order my breakfast to be greeted through the speaker by someone who does not seem to care whether they take your order or not. Oh, yes, I am just here killing time...No I am here to order my food so that I can get to work. I ordered my breakfast AND lunch so that I would not have to leave my desk today. I was even willing to pay the outrageous $1 for a cup of ice. After pulling up to pay (which was the one bright spot of the experience, hence the second star) I was greeted by a young woman shoving a bag in my face then holding out one drink. I said no, I also had a cup of ice. She then hands me the cup, with no lid and no straw. She says "have a nice day" as she turns away and ignores me as I try to ask for a lid. As if that were not enough, when I reached into the bag to check my order I see there are only two napkins. I'm sorry, is there a napkin shortage I didn't know about? Needless to say, this is the last in a long line of bad experiences (wrong food, incorrect order, not enough food in the bag, etc.). This place has gone downhill and I will no longer be eating there. I know my one order won't make much of a difference but I will be taking my business to Sonic. It may take longer but at least they make sure you get the right food, enough food and they take care of you. Okay, that's my rant for the day. read more
