I am so pissed off right now. I ordered from Rockwell nc pizza hut at 9:55 and it was a good size order. I had my tip ready to give the driver and watched for it to get here at the time estimated 10:22. At 10:55 I call the store only to get some foreign customer service person that tells me she is forwarding me to the store to find out where my pizzas are. They don't answer for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back. I put in my phone number to check order status and it says they cancelled my order. The online delivery tracker still shows them making my pizza. No phone call to tell us otherwise, no answer from the store. This is totally unacceptable. No longer will I ever recommend Pizza hut to anyone else again. read more

The pizza did come fairly fast but both times my husband and I have ordered from this location we have gotten sick from it. We ordered a dinner box and my husbands pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. We will not be ordering from here again. read more

This Pizza Hut was amazing. They helped with my online order after I had forgot an item and they made sure that it was with my delivery. Over all the food was great and fast delivery times. They practiced no contact delivery which I appreciated. When we got our food the wings had the wrong sauce on them but, after calling to let them know they went above and beyond with their customer service. You made a difficult day much better with how they handled the situation. read more

Earlier today when the delivery driver came down our road. He went really fast, if he wouldn't be careful he or she could hit someone's dog on our road . Or one of THE KIDS GOD Forbid, don't get me started on the slices of pizza. Sometimes so fucking hard I honestly need to dip it in water like professional eaters do w hotdogs just to get it down. The pizza is really good, and the staff all seem to be go-getter's, always working and that's a good thing ! I've been to this location numerous times in the last 6 months or so and they are always friendly and courteous. The pizza is always flavorful and cooked to perfection, along with the breadsticks. Tried the wings a couple of times and they are good as well. If you're looking for flavor, consistency and great service, this is the place ! Also like the way they use the flat screen on the right hand wall to list customers by name and the status of thier order, if you walk in and they are slammed, a quick glance at the screen and you know if yours is ready or still in the oven. read more

Worst customer service EVER! After leaving something out of my Order, I drive all the way back to pick up my missing item, walked in the door as 5 employees looked at me and turned their back to me and continued talking and giggling. It wasn't until I smacked my hand on the counter and yelled excuse me did a employee asked if I needed help. Like no shit I'm not here to hang out. It's hit or miss. Order your food and hope and pray it's right. Don't order it to be delivered or you may be waiting for 2 hours. When this happened to me I called and spoke to someone and they were the rudest, nastiest person I've ever dealt with. Laughed about the issues and hung up on me. Pizza is good when they get the order right. Always check your pizza! They seem to get mine wrong every time. With 1 lactose intolerant and 1 pork intolerant family member I to order them each their own pizza and it still gets messed up!! Calling and complaining does nothing. They don't care. This Pizza Hut really sucks when it comes to delivery, just about everytime I've placed an order I get a call from them stating that either they don't have a driver or the driver left because of an emergency.. Since I have lived in the area of Kannapolis and China Grove I loved Pizza Hut's products. Then a new Pizza Hut came to the Rockwell area and I was anxious to try it. What a disappointment. The pizzas we ordered were undone. The bread on the pizza was doughy and COLD. Unbelieveable. I wanted to take it back, buy I am not a "take it back" type of person, but I am learning to be. I never went back to Pizza Hut and may never go back. That was back when they opened. Maybe it's time to give them a try again... maybe, maybe not. read more

We order from Pizza Hut at least once a week, unfortunately where we live this location is what delivers to our house. EVERY time we order, it takes over an hour and a half to get the pizza. You'd think if it takes that long it would at least be hot. It's barely warm!!!! They ALWAYS leave out sauces & drinks we order. Don't bother calling back and telling them they forgot something either, because they will just put you on hold for 15 minutes to tell you... "Okay..." manager doesn't even try to make it right. Despite all of that, we still ordered from there... this LAST time, and I mean last because I will never order or pick anything up from Pizza Hut again, well at least this location. We were in Rockwell, so we ordered two pizzas online to pick up. Once we got home soon as I opened the first pizza there was a HUGE piece of hair wrapped in the pizza. SO gross. I'm not feeding that to my kids! So I called to let them know, I talked to a manager named Jeremiah. He asked me what I wanted him to do about it... I feel like he should have offered to bring out another pizza AT LEAST. But he offered nothing, he was very rude. Then I told him that I will never order from there again, because it's always a bad experience. Why would you wait 1 1/2 hours or more for a pizza that doesn't have all you ordered, has hair on it or isn't even hot! Especially when you can call Dominos down the road and have a HOT pizza within 30 minutes from the time you order it!!! I finally just hung up, he has horrible customer service and makes Pizza Hut look really bad. I opened up the 2nd pizza after I got off the phone with him & that pizza also had hair on it! And after reading other reviews from this location sounds like these issues happen often. DON'T order from this location, call Dominos. Trust me, you'll be happy you did. read more
