Bird Dog sandwich. But they must have feces for brains. It is the worst sandwich I've ever tried to eat. The meat was hard as rocks and seems the pickles had been sitting on a table all day. I should have taken a photo to show proof of bad it was. But there won't be a next time. read more

With a lot of negative reviews I've noticed about this particular bojangles, I'm starting to guess I went on a good day, twice. I was there a few weeks ago, and again a few months ago, and it was literally perfect. I got a 4pc. Fresh, delicious, cooked properly, tea was immaculate. I've never had a bad experience there but maybe it's all about timing. I'm only giving it 4/5 stars because a fight broke out between the employees while I was eating which was a little unnerving, but it's all good, I've been to Waffle House so I'm a seasoned veteran when it comes to that stuff. read more

I don't understand how some fast food do really well in bringing food out even though the volume of orders are great but I can't understand why this joint took 45 min to order and another 45 min to get your food despite of the food already in the rack to be placed in a bag. A newer store. Wicked fast drive thru. I only really get breakfast here. Two biscuits and a coffee for less than $3. Size really varies. Sometimes the biscuits are huge, sometimes petite. Good flavor but a little bitterness/acidity (I'm guessing from the lard). Their coffee is super bitter and has quite a bite. Half the time, there's some coffee ground silt at the bottom of the cup. The country ham biscuits are salty greasy goodness as well. Anyway, the staff is very friendly, good service, predictable product. read more

I love Bojangles' food, so this review has nothing to do with the food. Just stopped to eat on the way to visit family and we ordered a 4 PC supreme (very common item) and the girl checking us out at the register acted like she didn't know what we we're ordering. She said it only came in a 3 piece.... When the 4 piece was CLEARLY outlined on the ordering board behind the register. She finally charged us for two 3 pieces but I told her I wanted 4 tenders so she gave it to us. Then I had really been wanting a sweet tea and Bojangles is always known to always have sweet tea and they did not. Completely empty. When one of the employees went to fill it up apparently she filled it with unsweet tea because when I went to check if it was ready the manager came hurtling at me saying "no no no no" and I just glared at her, waiting for her to continue further, because I don't respond to being communicated with in that manner, and she finally asked me "did you get any tea from there?! " When I answered no, she said to me "she (referring to another employee) put unsweet in there". I just continued to look at her and finally turned around to get a Cheerwine. I'm from the south, so yes I prefer sweet tea to unsweet, but it is NOT a poison and there was no need to get all worked up and loud just to simply tell me that there was unsweet in the wrong container. Like seriously. The customer service here is very poor. Will eat at other Bojangles restaurants again, but not this one. read more

While traveling through Shelby we stopped here for a quick bite. The cashier couldn't ring up our order without help, then the order filler gave me dark meat instead of the white meat I ordered. When I brought it back to the counter she put it back into the pan with the other chicken. I informed the manager. When I finally got my order my sides were cold and neither myself nor my husband got a biscuit. read more
