This is a really solid Bojangles stop just off I-40 and one I've been happy to pull off for more than once. The Cajun filet biscuit was exactly what you want from Bojangles, hot, crispy, and satisfying, and the Bo-Rounds were fresh. What truly stood out, though, was the ranch. I found out that some smaller-town Bojangles make their ranch in-house, and wow, the difference is noticeable. It's creamier, more flavorful, and miles better than the typical pre-packaged version. Honestly, it made the entire meal. Service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and everything came out hot. This Bojangles is one that actually still has the cult classic Cheddar Bo biscuits! Honestly, it is worth the trip to get one. Even if this doesn't sound good to you, I promise you it'll change your foodie life! It's one of my comfort foods from my childhood, and one bite takes me right back. You may have to wait if you order one, but all Cheddar Bo's are prepared to order. In fact, when they tell me to pull around because the biscuits are still in the oven, it makes me HAPPY. That means you get the hottest, freshest biscuits around. And nothing is better than a Cheddar Bo right from the oven! Horrible restaurant. We stopped and restaurant was locked. Went to drive thru and told them We had two small orders each order having a free Bo's chicken sandwich. The lady took our orders and we drove up to pay. Two separate women stuck their head out and told us that they did not take Bojangles app coupons. We told them it should be posted on the drive through and inside the store, and they should have stopped us BEFORE we placed the orders. The food was made and I am SURE it was wasted as each order had a custom sandwich topping. Not only was this poor management, it is wasteful. If the store owners are so interested in not giving away food in an app, then they should most definitely be interested in knowing their store is taking app orders and then the throwing the food out when people drive away angry. Never we will go here again. Based on the parking lost and lack of ANY business, I suspect this place will be out of business within 2023. Do better Bojangles. 2 weeks ago I stopped to the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece. I was never given a greeting and barely an acknowledgement. The window was opened and I was handed a drink. The window reopened and a hand came out... nothing said so I gave my card. Then a hand came out giving me my food. I was never asked about condiments and didn't even get a straw. Literally NOTHING was said. Since it seemed like there was some kind of an attitude going on inside and I don't like confrontation I just didn't say anything and just drove off. I decided this would be my last time at this bojangles. When I got home and looked in my box, there were only 2 pieces of chicken. Crazy me. I stopped by again today on my way home. Everything in me told me not to do it. But maybe the last time was just a fluke. The customer service was no better this time either. No greeting, acknowledgement, nothing but atleast I got a straw this time. I'm absolutely not going back now. Facilities were out of toliet paper. There was a person cleaning the dining room. However the staff were all laughing about someones order and he had a few cuss words to loudly throw in the conversation. The woman taking my order got it wrong. I asked for bacon, egg and pimento cheese. I received a sausage, egg and cheese. She then proceeded to tell me I didn't order bacon and they don't have pimento anymore. My husband ordered a sausage and biscuit with gravy. We had to ask for a plate because they bagged it all up. We just took what they had and ate. We were on a deadline. Chaos. read more

It was late at night and about 15 minutes before they said they claimed closing, which I thought was early, considering the ones in Raleigh close after midnight. I asked for a couple of items, and they stated that they were out of them all. I thought that you are supposed to have the full menu until you close. I ended up ordering a biscuit sandwich. Anyway, this was my first ever trip to a Bojangles, and the degree of difficulty was low, since I only ordered a famous biscuit. No words can describe how bad the service is at this location. First and foremost I took offense to how the lady in the car in front of me was treated and disrespected just because she asked the order taker to speak up. That resulted in the rudest individual I have ever encountered to take over with her order. She was just as bad with me because I asked for all white meat. It's so sad that you have to leave because of being mistreated and lied too. This is the second time I've had to leave and go to Smithfield's. They for some reason know during dinner time they are going to be busy and are ready for it. And actually cook chicken. Newsflash- us so called lowly customers who are only there evidently to disrupt your day, (not pay your salaries) wouldn't mind waiting for fresh chicken if we're offered the chance and if only were treated with a little common curtesy. They took FOREVER to get my food ready as there were two people doing mediocre work and four others slacking off.
