I was given an ETA of 10:33am. I arrived at 10:32am. The food wasn't ready yet. I received my order m at 10:35am. I was given fries vs Bo rounds. I told a staff and they took the whole bag. I hope they didn't recycle them. Typically they just give me what I ordered. The bo rounds were hot and fresh which I ate a couple on the drive home. I haven't been by for so long because the customer service was terrible. And drive by every day though it was closed out of business. There's ever any traffic. I came to day because my son asked me to pick up food for him. The girl at the drive through didn't even over the help me rich over to pay. I have to back the car up and come closer to tap Apple Pay. Wondering how this people even get hired for the jobs. And if the owner of the store or company know why their business is down badly. Most of the reviews is 1-2 stars. The location on Pisgah Church road next to AAA car care - the food was hot and fresh- very nice- the bathrooms were overlooked for quite some time- no toilet paper/ no paper towels / the hand dryer was not hot , so it took forever to dry your hands- eventually went to dining room to grab some napkins- the water to wash your hands ran for 1 minute and still did not get hot. Take care of the bathrooms and the outside- first impressions is the key- can't rely on your food it's the other stuff that matters as well. read more

Pretty decent Bojangles location, I usually stop here for coffee. The only bad thing is that the drive-thru has been extremely slowwwwww everytime I stopped. The other day I was gonna stop at the Chic-fil-a across the street for some grilled nuggets, but the parking lot was slam packed & the line at the drive-thru was wrapped all the way around the building out of the parking lot & into the street, so I swung in here & got some roasted chicken bites, formerly known as "Buffalo Bites". They were actually very good, nice chunks of roasted chicken breast that have been marinated in a buffalo type sauce. A very good option from the fried chicken & biscuits. read more

It's super sad that I downloaded Yelp to leave this review solely because a DM thought it not appropriate or considerate to follow up on a request. I reached out to this store on 6/8/21 and here it is 6/23 and I've heard nothing. I work near this Bojangles so I patronize this location at least 3-4 times a week. There is something wrong damn near every time I visit. On my 30 minute lunch break, I ordered a 3 wing dinner and was told there would be a 15 minute wait. I waited. After about 20min an associate came out only to inform me that they dropped every piece of chicken BUT the wings and if I wanted them there would be another 15min wait. Wtf??? One morning I was there around 8:30 and they were out of biscuits. Not, "they're still in the oven," but "we outta biscuits, and we don't have a biscuit maker." HOW??? Why does only one person know how to make biscuits, why is no one cross trained?? Speaking of biscuits...they (the associates) are slow as all get out, but have the nerve to sell undercooked food. More times than a few I've received biscuits that were doughy and fries that were limp, y'all ain't doing nothing but walking in circles, why you can't wait for the fry timer to go off and while I'm here let me add that I don't think I should have to request the seasoning on my fries, I swear I though it was supposed to come on the fries. Who wants unseasoned fries??? They like to upcharge me for items that I didn't request, this happens often so check ya receipts. The line was held nearly a solid two minutes bc the MOD couldn't math and figure out he owed me .35‍‍‍ The dining room has been closed forever but the store is filthy. I would think it would be super clean. There were ants ALL OVER that lil stainless steel ledge at the drive thru window. Every time I'm there the associates are just like walking in circles...with no directives, seems like every one is worrying about another persons job instead of focusing on whatever task they themselves should be doing. I would definitely suggest the Chick-fil-a across the street. They have closed temporarily for renovations, but are inching towards reopening. I'm sure once they do, this location will go back to being the ghost town it was. This type of behavior would never happen or be tolerated at Chick-fil-a, from the DM down to hourly associates. This is honestly the worst Bojangles' I've ever encountered. The service was so awful, and our order was incorrect. The order taker was incredibly rude on the speaker, and then handed it off to another employee- the gap between them was at least a minute. At the window, the employees continued to be rude, even saying "yeah" when we said thank you. One of our drinks was a small, when it was supposed to be a large, and they left out our straws and sauce. If you have a Bojangles' closer to your home, definitely avoid this one at all costs. read more

I am normally a huge fan of Bojangles, especially the one on Pisgah Church. But today, it was more chaotic than ever before. I was with 3 other people and we ordered chicken tenders, 2 Cajun filet biscuits, and a picnic bo round and fry. We were sitting down for about 20 minutes and people kept coming in. People that ordered 10 minutes after us got their food before us. There were no lids and there was water all over the floor which is a safety hazard and nobody did anything about it, even though someone complained. I finally got up and said something about it and after 30 minutes I got my food but this place was not organized at all. And the bo rounds were not fully cooked and the biscuit fell apart as soon as I picked it up. All we heard were the managers yelling at the employees which was disturbing. Talk about awful customer service! This morning, I encountered a girl at the drive thru who was just awful! Dark brown skinned girl, with braids, and dark lipstick that was definetly out of season. She literally kept interrupting me when I was placing my order. She gave me the price for my food before I even finished placing the second order. When we get to the window, she snatches the card, slams the window twice, and even shoved the card back in my hand before rushing off to "wherever". I think she went to answer the phone, because I definelty called, and it sounded like the same girl in drive thru. I asked to speak to a manager, and she says, "I am one"...Just rude for no reason. I asked her name, and she says, "Tee"...Girl...I know your name is not Tee, and why are you giving me your street name? I was like "Nevermind, I'll call corporate" because I'm sure it was the same girl. And she didn't even give me a receipt. I'm sure it was so I couldn't track her down, but trust me, honey, I have my ways, or I'll just blow up the world wide web leaving bad reviews all over the place. It doesn't matter to me.
