Pot roast sandwich

Been here for breakfast, first time for lunch. Breakfast is good, lunch is better. Had the pot roast sandwich. Great flavor, served hot and fresh. Recommend a visit or two.

Quick lunch. It's convenient to where I live. The food is okay and a bit on the expensive side. I thought the pot roast was on the fatty side, but some folks like it that way.

Quaint little cafe. Aside from the homemade pies, that are all delicious. They have breakfast daily until 2 pm. The Monte Cristo sandwich is made the right way. Batter dipped and fried. Soooo good. Get the take and bake chicken pot pie!! It's comfy cozy and perfect for dinner.

Cherry Bomb Burger

This play has a great standing establishment with the community. I decided to give it a try and order the cherry bomb burger to go. The staff was very pleasant. As I arrived home to eat this acclaimed burger, I've opened the box only to see that the portion of fries was the same amount as the container of ketchup. Shame .

I had lunch at the Cherry Pit Cafe today. It's a cute little place. I had the Chicken Salad on a croissant with Sweet Potato Tots. I was expecting a small size croissant but it was huge with a nice scoop of chicken salad. The chicken salad was very good and simply made. It didn't have grapes, walnuts, etc. just chicken and seasoning and the tots were hot and sweet. Delicious. Just wish they gave more.

Chicken Pot Pie

After a busy day of work I love to stop by and get a Take n Bake Chicken Pot Pie. I LOVE their crust. Chicken and veggies folded into a creamy sauce. It's delicious and hits the spot. We always have leftovers, too. They offer a salad (enough for 2 people to share) for an extra $3.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

We were on the way home from playing soccer at Brian Park and looking for something different for dinner and ran across Cherry Pit Cafe an and decided to give it a try. We decided to split the Buffalo chicken wrap and club sandwich our child got the cheeseburger. Everything was hot and super fresh when it came out to our table. Sides were fries and zucchini bites. The zucchini bites are a must have! They are served fried and covered with freshly grated parmesan cheese and marinara sauce. The desserts looked amazing and I'm sad to say that we didn't try any but the fruity pebble cheesecake was calling my name. I will be back and will try it on our next visit. I highly recommend this spot especially if you're there playing soccer because it's so close to the fields.

Oh I love this little diner. What a great location also. My hubby and I stopped in for breakfast and it never disappoints. The line is long but moves fairly quickly. Tons of people getting to go orders and several people meeting friends for a coffee and turnover! I will try the turnover next time I go. The gentleman behind me said they are the best.

Once again, a second choice we were glad we tried. Out car shopping; had planned to stop at a burger place nearby, but they were pretty busy. Girlfriend said we should check this place out a few doors away, so we did. Small, shopping center location, but with a pretty big menu. Mainly geared for the lunch crowd, but several options for breakfast (quiche, etc.), and burgers, sandwiches, and entrees which could work for lunch or dinner. Barb opted for the chicken pot pie, as that is one of her favorite comfort foods. She had sweet potato tots and cinnamon apples as sides. I ordered the shepherd's pie, as that is one of my occasional cravings. My choices for sides were cornbread and a side salad. Both pies were very good. Plenty big, comparable to a Banquet or similar frozen pot pie in size, and the fillings were good texture and well-seasoned. The only minor complaints we had were that her top crust was a little thick, and mine was a bit potato-heavy. More peas and carrots would have been nice. Of course we opted for pie. I went with the lemon chess, which was described as being like a lemon bar. I found it a bit more custard-like, and not as lemony as I'd hoped. Barb's cherry crumb was very good in all aspects. We'll definitely be back.

Fun lunch spot! Got a tasty pot roast sandwich and tomato pie. Really enjoyed the food and service was friendly. The tomato pie was not quite a slice as I have usually seen but it was very good. The decor is a theme on red and some fun quotes up on the wall. Have heard breakfast is good too, will have to check it out !

The coffee was hot and constantly refilled, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly in a laid-back environment. The waiter was very polite and friendly, he made sure we had what we needed and answered any questions we had about the menu and food choices. The food was delicious! My niece and cousin had the pancake, they were the size of the plate and quite tasty! My other niece had the crab cake sandwich, she said it was good but the fruit was plated on the same plate so it was warm which was not appealing to her so she didn't eat it. I had the French toast platter with the fried chicken. The French toast was pretty good but the bread used was pretty flat but it was tasty and the chicken was overcooked, there was some black spots from being fried too long. The hit at our table was the cheesy grits, very cheesy and flavorful. We'd definitely go back to try other things on the very extensive menu!!

My partner visited Black Magnolia last week after her massage at Green Leaf Wellness center and raved about her cinnamon roll, so I decided to treat myself to one as well and it did not disappoint. I found the Patisserie straight away as I passed it on the way to my massage, but the signage on the curb helps since some businesses in Revolution Mills can be quite difficult to find. The storefront itself is quite small, consisting of a standing room and the glass case of baked goods, but there is seating outside and around the establishment. The staff was attentive, briefing me on all the cinnamon rolls they currently had and letting me know that there were some baking that would be available a bit later. Each roll looked decadent with flavors ranging from lemon blueberry, s'mores, and classic. There were also scones and other baked goods available as well, but I had my heart set on the Classic Cinnamon Roll. I bit into this beauty on my way home and it was the softest and most delicious cinnamon roll I have ever had! Baked with brioche dough and topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting, the pillowy texture and flavors were so comforting and satisfying. I don't eat sweets often, so this was the perfect treat to end my day with. I am definitely looking forward to trying the lemon blueberry next!

I will suggest that if you are looking for more of the savory items you do have to get there early because it will sell out. The cinnamon bun and scone were absolutely delicious. I got there right on time because they just took the scones out. So it was freshly iced and so yummy. What's not pictured is the chocolate chip cookie. Just do yourself a favor and try it. It was the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. Just to note, this place is in the cut and you have to go down a few stairs but look for their sign posted outside and parking is right across. I'll definitely come back to try more items.

The sweet potato pancakes were really good, and the steak and eggs surprised me because the steak portion was huge and cooked really well. The avocado toast was also delicious, and even something simple like the eggs and cheese tasted amazing -- they really know how to make good scrambled eggs there. I also thought it was really cool that they had a little French market section where you can shop for French products while you're there. Most of the mimosas were really good too, and on Sundays they're only $5, which was a nice bonus. The wait time was definitely long -- over an hour and a half -- but honestly, the food and overall experience made it feel worth it in the end!

Really great flavor but I barely made it halfway through the bowl. I also ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes. They're probably my favorite thing on the menu. Taste, texture, consistency, all perfect. Tried their crepes for the first time and loved it as well. As someone who drinks coffee daily, they make really good lattes. The salted honey was that perfect balance of sweet and salty without being too much of either. This is the perfect breakfast/brunch restaurant. They're consistent, personable and efficient. Can't wait to come back and check out some new items.

Upon walking in the place appeared clean, the customer service, not the best. But maybe someone was having a bad day, I get it. I'm so glad I did check my bag before I left because they did not give me ranch or plasticware, man I would have missed out on some amazing ranch. The young man gave me three ranches which I'm so disappointed I only grabbed one. Unfortunately I didn't get the best pictures but the food tasted great. The fries were thick cut (probably frozen) and let me tell you, I would just come back for the ranch! They have my favorite restaurant ranch. The slaw was really tasty - good ole southern sweet mayonnaise slaw, not too vinegary. The sandwich, not bad, good combo of toppings, they paired well together. I' ll be back. Anyone want to go for a patio lunch? Ciao for now
