    French Toast
    Shaylee M.

I stopped by here on a lazy Sunday off of work for something quick. Walking in was like walking into a relative's house for breakfast, such a laidback atmosphere. Not only was it delivered to my table quickly, they also delivered in flavor too with this French Toast. It was also super affordable in comparison to what I'm used to spending on brunch. The lady at the counter was extremely sweet and answered the one question I had with a positive attitude. I will definitely be back to try more breakfast and lunch items, might even get a take and heat meals sooner than later.

Been here for breakfast, first time for lunch. Breakfast is good, lunch is better. Had the pot roast sandwich. Great flavor, served hot and fresh. Recommend a visit or two.

Quick lunch. It's convenient to where I live. The food is okay and a bit on the expensive side. I thought the pot roast was on the fatty side, but some folks like it that way.

This was my first and last time coming to this establishment! The customer service was good the workers were nice but one of the workers whom I guess was the manager on duty had changed a trash bag with his bare hands and did not wash them when he was done and continued to mess with stuff in the kitchen including pies. It raised a food safety concern with me, we addressed the issue with them and he lied to my girlfriend claiming he washed his hands but didn't! The girl working the register ended up serving us she was very nice and helping. We got a slice of fruity pebbles cheesecake and a slice of cinnamon roll cheesecake which was old because it smelled very off to the point when I opened the box the smell hit my nose! and a slice of apple pie, I typed this review because I feel as if people need to watch more carefully whom handles there food and also need to stay on top of these restaurants with what they are doing! In the pic that I'm posting of the cinnamon roll cheesecake I did not take any bites of it but did mess around with it to see if I was tripping or not I in fact was not tripping.

Quaint little cafe. Aside from the homemade pies, that are all delicious. They have breakfast daily until 2 pm. The Monte Cristo sandwich is made the right way. Batter dipped and fried. Soooo good. Get the take and bake chicken pot pie!! It's comfy cozy and perfect for dinner.

This play has a great standing establishment with the community. I decided to give it a try and order the cherry bomb burger to go. The staff was very pleasant. As I arrived home to eat this acclaimed burger, I've opened the box only to see that the portion of fries was the same amount as the container of ketchup. Shame .

After a busy day of work I love to stop by and get a Take n Bake Chicken Pot Pie. I LOVE their crust. Chicken and veggies folded into a creamy sauce. It's delicious and hits the spot. We always have leftovers, too. They offer a salad (enough for 2 people to share) for an extra $3.

I had lunch at the Cherry Pit Cafe today. It's a cute little place. I had the Chicken Salad on a croissant with Sweet Potato Tots. I was expecting a small size croissant but it was huge with a nice scoop of chicken salad. The chicken salad was very good and simply made. It didn't have grapes, walnuts, etc. just chicken and seasoning and the tots were hot and sweet. Delicious. Just wish they gave more.

We were on the way home from playing soccer at Brian Park and looking for something different for dinner and ran across Cherry Pit Cafe an and decided to give it a try. We decided to split the Buffalo chicken wrap and club sandwich our child got the cheeseburger. Everything was hot and super fresh when it came out to our table. Sides were fries and zucchini bites. The zucchini bites are a must have! They are served fried and covered with freshly grated parmesan cheese and marinara sauce. The desserts looked amazing and I'm sad to say that we didn't try any but the fruity pebble cheesecake was calling my name. I will be back and will try it on our next visit. I highly recommend this spot especially if you're there playing soccer because it's so close to the fields.

Oh I love this little diner. What a great location also. My hubby and I stopped in for breakfast and it never disappoints. The line is long but moves fairly quickly. Tons of people getting to go orders and several people meeting friends for a coffee and turnover! I will try the turnover next time I go. The gentleman behind me said they are the best.

I had the French toast platter with the fried chicken. The French toast was pretty good but the bread used was pretty flat but it was tasty and the chicken was overcooked, there was some black spots from being fried too long. My partner visited Black Magnolia last week after her massage at Green Leaf Wellness center and raved about her cinnamon roll, so I decided to treat myself to one as well and it did not disappoint. I found the Patisserie straight away as I passed it on the way to my massage, but the signage on the curb helps since some businesses in Revolution Mills can be quite difficult to find. The storefront itself is quite small, consisting of a standing room and the glass case of baked goods, but there is seating outside and around the establishment. The staff was attentive, briefing me on all the cinnamon rolls they currently had and letting me know that there were some baking that would be available a bit later. Each roll looked decadent with flavors ranging from lemon blueberry, s'mores, and classic. There were also scones and other baked goods available as well, but I had my heart set on the Classic Cinnamon Roll. I bit into this beauty on my way home and it was the softest and most delicious cinnamon roll I have ever had! Baked with brioche dough and topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting, the pillowy texture and flavors were so comforting and satisfying. I don't eat sweets often, so this was the perfect treat to end my day with. I am definitely looking forward to trying the lemon blueberry next!

My wife's wood-fired salmon was pretty good, but her vegetables came out with no seasoning at all. My wood-fired filet was cooked exactly right, but it also had no seasoning, and when you find yourself asking for steak sauce for a filet, something has gone wrong in the kitchen. Then the peach crumble showed up and stole the entire night. It is genuinely amazing, and I'd tell anyone within earshot to order it.
