I was so fortunate to find Mike Ortega and Cerina. Mike has six drivers, so you never have to fear being stranded if your flight is delayed by a day, which is what had almost happened to me the year before I found Ortega Drives. I have also had my flight cancelled at the last minute. I conveyed all of these fears to Mike, and he assured me that he had me covered whatever might occur, and so I was able to stop being nervous about the "what ifs" and totally relax on the ride to the airport. Mike felt just like family as he chatted happily away with me all the way to the airport, so my trip to Jamaica got started off on such a happy, positive note. I had the same experience a week later when Cerina showed up to pick me up in her luxurious red Tesla to take me back home. I was feeling really sad that my beautiful vacay had come to an end, but she reminded me that I would be so happy to sleep once again in my very own bed, and she was right. That was exactly the right thing to say. Do yourself a big favor on your next drive to and from the airport. Going through customs and security is stressful enough without having to worry about your car. Let Mike or Cerina take care of the driving and then you can just sit back, relax, and allow your vacay to start the moment that you're picked up in one of their luxury line of vehicles. Mike was able to accommodate with only a days notice! Set up was straight forward and he kept me informed during the process. More than fair pricing too! Adrian was the one that picked us up and he was friendly and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed for our trip, made good conversation, and got us to LAX on time and safely. His car was like new - clean and comfortable. He helped us with our luggage and tied off with us in our return flight coming up. I highly recommend using Ortega Drives!
