I did so, he took down my info, and my man picked me up and took me to work. They checked out my car and sent me a text the contained an estimate based on what they found. Arrived early for the appointment only to be told by the guy at a the desk rather flatly that "they have no record of the appointment". He went to say that "they have been having trouble with their call center" and that "I should have called back to somepne at the shop" even after I told him that the call center mentioned that (after a pause during the call) they did call someone at the shop to confirm their availability. The desk person's demeanor suggested that the whole mess was not their (the shop's) fault, and that they did not care. I urge you to avoid this business; I don't think that they will ever get back to how wonderful and personal RPM was before this takeover.

This was not happening for me, so I knew it was the fuel pump. After two hours the two truck came to my rescue in the cold and darkness. I brought the car to my home.
