At the end of the day we paid 174 for a complete brake flush and were told we still had 50 percent pads left front and back and only one pair of rotors would need replaced if brakes were to be done at a later time. While my eyes dilated, I searched for a repair shop nearby that I could have them check out my car. 1st choice came up with rave reviews on Yelp and Google. I called shortly after they opened and spoke to Alex who asked if I could drop it off. I said yeah and he told me to bring it on by. I did so, he took down my info, and my man picked me up and took me to work. They checked out my car and sent me a text the contained an estimate based on what they found. Yup, coolant was leaking and the water pump needed to be replaced. I approved the work and they did it all. The best part is when speaking to Alex he said my car would be ready by the time they closed. I was worried that they'd close up shop as we didn't get over until way past time but they stayed open and Alex moved my car out of the shop and cashed me out. Arrived early for the appointment only to be told by the guy at a the desk rather flatly that "they have no record of the appointment". He went to say that "they have been having trouble with their call center" and that "I should have called back to somepne at the shop" even after I told him that the call center mentioned that (after a pause during the call) they did call someone at the shop to confirm their availability. The desk person's demeanor suggested that the whole mess was not their (the shop's) fault, and that they did not care. I urge you to avoid this business; I don't think that they will ever get back to how wonderful and personal RPM was before this takeover.

This was not happening for me, so I knew it was the fuel pump. After two hours the two truck came to my rescue in the cold and darkness. I brought the car to my home. Then on Monday, I called John's and asked if they could fix my car. I had several friends recommend them. I am so happy that I went there. They have a new customer for life!
