While my eyes dilated, I searched for a repair shop nearby that I could have them check out my car. 1st choice came up with rave reviews on Yelp and Google. I called shortly after they opened and spoke to Alex who asked if I could drop it off. I said yeah and he told me to bring it on by. I did so, he took down my info, and my man picked me up and took me to work. They checked out my car and sent me a text the contained an estimate based on what they found. Yup, coolant was leaking and the water pump needed to be replaced. I approved the work and they did it all. The best part is when speaking to Alex he said my car would be ready by the time they closed. I was worried that they'd close up shop as we didn't get over until way past time but they stayed open and Alex moved my car out of the shop and cashed me out. I'm so happy to have my car back and running better than ever.

I walk in there holding a twin pack of head lamp bulbs that I had just purchased from Advanced Auto and needed them installed. If I hadn't known what was wrong with my car, how would I have known what to buy? You overcharged me and now you're trying to back peddle. I even said to the guy that was installing them...."Wow that was so simple, I could've done that myself!" It was a box that sits right on top under the hood. He took the lid off, pulled out the old bulb and stuck the new one in. Steve completely changed that experience for me. From start to finish, he communicated every step of the process, sent me detailed pictures throughout the repair, showed me any damaged parts that actually needed replacement, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my vehicle at all times. That level of transparency is rare these days, and it immediately built trust and loyalty. I was especially concerned about the parking sensors and avoiding unnecessary recalibration costs, and they handled my vehicle with incredible care.
