Kenny and the team had the transmission replaced with an OEM transmission in just a few days and at a great price! Cut to 2 months later the OEM transmission went out. Kenny said that it would be covered under any dealership. We took it to Carlsbad Chevrolet in Carlsbad, NM. Carlsbad Chevrolet sat on a he vehicle for 2 months and didn't even begin the diagnostic process! Dillard's Mechanical Specialists requested I bring the vehicle to them. I have to wed the vehicle from Carlsbad, NM to Richmond, TX (625 miles)! Kenny and the team at Dillard's had the repair completed (under warranty services) in less than a week! I needed a new, hopefully honest and reasonable car repair shop in the area as my old one just…read morewasn't cutting it. After some research online I came across Cliffs! Their great reviews about being treated fairly and "like family" was really what brought me in. I wanted to believe in a car repair shop again. Not everyone is out to bleed you dry. My car had been having some really rough muffler sounds that escalated over time .. so I brought it into Cliff himself (sweetest nicest man ever!) and he referred me to another shop that handles mufflers since my issue was a small one. Cliff could have handled it there but the OEM repair would have been too expensive and unreasonable when I can just get a quick weld job at a nearby muffler shop. Cliff did not charge me a dime for that first visit, to check my car or anything!! Wow! I was very grateful to him and vowed to return business again. The following week I returned my car to get some Maint eve work done, tune up, etc. and it was just as pleasant! Shanna helped me in setting up a loaner while my car was in the shop and they were even faster than what originally thought! She is very sweet to deal with and super nice. Seems like everyone here are just good people. I don't know about you but if there's anything I would wish for is doing business with good people like this!! My Experience…read more Pricing - it's fair and reasonable Turnaround Time - a couple of days Quality of work - after 3 trips to the shop (1 hour drive) my truck is still leaking oil from my oil pan and rear main seal. I now have to pay another shop to do the same job I already paid this shop to do. My truck has recently been painted and I now have scratches on the bed of my truck that previously wasn't there. The owner offered to get the scratches buffed but after the 3 incidents I thought it was best to get my truck and part ways before things escalated. Treatment - the owner went ahead and fixed a leak on my transfer case, other leaks on my transmission and didn't charge me extra. The shop also tried to figure out why my dsp5 wouldn't work and think it's my wire harness. End result - I received $700 back from my bill which is cool and now have to go spend another $2,000+ to have another shop do the job correctly the first time. Next was an electrical system check and battery replacement that was accomplished within minutes after the vehicle arrived at the shop. All of this was done in less than 90 minutes! Mr Bosone is great! He manages a complete car care operation from towing vehicles in to taking care of every conceivable automotive issue. His employees are all no-nonsense, effective technicians. His prices are reasonable. I visited with him while I waited for my vehicle's problem to be assessed and fixed. I found Mr Bosone to be personable and honest with everyone with whom he dealt during my time in his office. I don't think that one can find a better auto shop within many leagues of Bosone's! Even got pulled over by police not knowing turn signal didnt work. Doors didnt line up. Windows clanked against eachother. Rocker panel fell off. I could go on. They took my stuff the car originally came to them with like tires, rims, '67 muatang hub caps. I saw my steering wheel in another car. Ot seems they chop your car up and use it for other cars. They had my car for over 2 years. Charged me 3x as much for restoration that stinks! My car is now at another shop being corrected. Dont go here. Just dont!

I got a $6000 paint job that is horrible, and engine that doesn't shift properly, power steering leaking, horrible exhaust and an entire interior that was ripped out and not put back the way they found it! All they could say was take it to your local shop to get it fixed! They will not take any responsibility for the work they did or better yet what they screwed up and won't fix!
