My review is solely in regards to Bosones Wrecker Service. Unfortunately I had to contact them twice this week. 1st occasion for my client from out of state that broke down in Seabrook and didn't know where to start. Yelp knows Felicia B support her local business owners so I already knew who to call.. Bosones.. Although, her wait for tow was about 45 min which was understandable due to rush hour traffic. 2nd occasion my husband needed a tow from Seabrook a day later, I called and the dispatcher took my contact info and had the awesome tow truck driver to contact me. Richard(Tow truck driver)contacted me within 5 min and within 15 minutes he made it to the location. Husband in tow and his ole faithful work car made it home safe. In the past I have referred clients to Bosones and personally used them and never had any issues. Thanks Bosones for your professionalism and great service, it was kindly appreciated. read more

I had occasion to use Bosone's for two issues yesterday. The first was a tow that Joseph managed effectively (almost effortlessly) and within a reasonable period of time. Next was an electrical system check and battery replacement that was accomplished within minutes after the vehicle arrived at the shop. All of this was done in less than 90 minutes! Mr Bosone is great! He manages a complete car care operation from towing vehicles in to taking care of every conceivable automotive issue. His employees are all no-nonsense, effective technicians. His prices are reasonable. I visited with him while I waited for my vehicle's problem to be assessed and fixed. I found Mr Bosone to be personable and honest with everyone with whom he dealt during my time in his office. I don't think that one can find a better auto shop within many leagues of Bosone's! Service? Condescending, they tell you "I'll call you at the end of the day." I ended up calling to find out the status the next day. After 3 weeks I finally got my vehicle back, drove 100 miles and my check engine light came back on. I requested and paid to have whatever was causing the light to be on repaired. What I paid for was a clearly NO repair. The main issue was my transmission, there are 2 possible transmissions that ate in my car. After quoting me a price, I asked which speed, 4 or 6, did my car have. Their response..."I don't know". This is AFTER a price is quoted. My vehicle was dropped off on Wednesday and I heard nothing at all until the following Friday. Seems to me they have been there for so long they count on that more than actual honest, good and reliable service. Less BS and actual honesty along with REAL customer service versus marginal attendance would have done wonders regarding this review. read more

The WORST in customer service I've experienced. Gave time estimate of 35 minutes to tow our car. After 45 minutes, we called and they said the wrecker was sent to tow for a car wreck. NO NOTICE that we would be waiting another hour or so. Had to call another wrecker service to get the car where it needed to go. read more

I have been a customer of Bosones for twenty years. After today I will find somewhere else. My daughter's car was towed on Saturday because of unpaid parking tickets and taken to Bosones. Yes, the situation is stupid and a ridiculous waste of money. But I didn't need to be told repeatedly how stupid it was. I didn't need the scornful condescending attitude. I agreed with Mr. Bosone the first time he told me it was stupid. But then he repeated it five more times in ten minutes and it was really too much. I am a very patient person and slow to anger. But he was just being a jerk. I have a small business and customer service is very important. Apparently Mr. Bosone doesn't care about my business. He just thinks I'm stupid. Disappointed!, kept my car for over a week for water infiltration, came up with all kinds of possibilities but never removed the sunroof drain plugs to check. cost me $225 and my car wasn't fixed. Bosone's is really 3 businesses in one. When reading these reviews, it is important to distinguish between (1) Bosone's towing service, (2) their automotive repair service, and (3) their body shop. I have used Bosone for all three types of services, and am pleased with all of them, but especially their automotive repair service. Chuck Bosone, the owner, is a straight-up, honest guy who will not perform unnecessary repairs. In fact, the local Honda dealer will often tell me I need all sorts of 'maintenance services' performed, but when I take it to Chuck, he won't do them, saying they are unnecessary. I've never seen a repairman turn down work, but Chuck will ... if he feels it's unnecessary. We've always been pleased with the level and quality of service. We definitely trust Bosone's. read more

Used my insurance to have my truck towed to a mechanic. After a 2 hour wait I called my insurance company to see what the hold up was. They spoke with the wrecker and they said a truck had broken down and they hadn't been able to call. Another 2 hours later they finally arrived at my house to have it towed. By the time it got to the mechanic it was too late and they weren't able to look at it. I lost a whole day by using this wrecking service. Would not recommend to any one read more

After someone has backed into my girlfriends car we had Bosone fix the dent and repaint the two doors. When we got the car back the paint did not match (it was several shades darker than the original paint and made an obvious square where they had painted) and the door's weather stripping had torn. I called Bosone and explained my situation. The guy on the phone said "so what?" to which I told him I expected him to replace the weather stripping and repaint the car. He reluctantly repainted the car but would not take blame for the weather stripping, telling me that his guy would never do something like that. I visited the shop on 4 separate occasions to get him to replace the weather stripping. Each time he told me that it was being shipped to them and he would call me when it arrived. Eventually my girlfriend was no longer interested in their services and decided we should instead replace it ourselves. On top of all this, the vehicle came back filthy with mud, both inside and out. We have spoke with several other customers who have had bad experiences. We encourage anyone who needs automotive work to seek an alternative. These people are unprofessional, rude, and incapable of performing simple tasks. read more

I called this wrecker service to have my car towed to Ron Carter Cadillac and was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes before they could get to my vehicle. I understand that this is a typical wait time for assistance so I agreed. Two hours later I called back and they said that they were not sure what happened with the wrecker driver and said they would have him call me. I said ok cause I had waited this long already. I got a call about 20 minutes later from a guy who said they would be out to get my car in another 30- 45 minutes. I said well if it was gonna be so long I should have been notified from the beginning. He responded with well guy we have other people other cars to tow. As if I wasn't important enough to get an update or an accurate time. I told him to take as long as he wants cause I was calling someone else. I guess they are to busy to help people in need. If your stuck on the side of the road don't use this company unless you have a camper, BBQ pit, and some beer to kill time. Smh. read more
