The only bathroom on gym floor has been out of service for over 2 weeks! The bathrooms are always filthy even first thing in the morning. A good amount of trainers are out of shape. The trainers blast loud music and take all the weights for their classes. They do not enforce any rules and allow kids to play on the equipment. I can only hope another company comes along.

Instead of advising me of the corporate policy, of which I was unaware, and then admonishing me that if I were late again, I would not be let into class, she was heavy handed and would not let me into class. I promptly cancelled my unlimited membership since I do not wish to be part of a club where the manager is so rude and does not respect professionals that may be finishing up work and be a few minutes late. I have belonged to East Bank Club and am currently a member of Lifetime OakBrook and have never been turned away due to being a few minutes late. Moreover, on more than one occassion, several guests reeked of pot, obviously having smoked a few minutes before class. It's not an atmosphere that is relaxing or conducive to overall fitness.
