Megan opened the door and immediately made me feel comfortable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. As a bigger woman, it meant so much to feel accepted and not judged--Megan truly created a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. The facility itself was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I was also really impressed with the security measures in place, which made me feel even more comfortable. The 24-hour access to the infrared saunas is a huge plus and perfect for my busy lifestyle. Needless to say, I signed up on the spot and couldn't be more excited to start my fitness journey with HOTWORX. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and empowering fitness experience!

The focus is always on functional exercise allowing you to remain active throughout your lifetime. The coaches allow and encourage you to challenge yourself but do it without injury. They offer suggestions on how to modify an exercise so that you are successful. There are also a number of members who are true athletes and have been quite successful in state, National and world competitions. Besides all that, the members are a fun-loving group and always are welcoming and encouraging to new members. It is NOT your typical big box gym. Pricing varies and can include discounts. Free child care is also available during classes. All age groups are welcome. At various times of the year they have even have separate classes for children and teens based on school schedules. Give it a try and I'll hope to meet you there.

I joined Stone Age Crossfit two months ago looking for a challenging workout each morning before…read morework. With virtually zero prior experience with Crossfit I went through the one on one fundamental sessions with Sarah. Sarah was incredibly patient as I messed up every technique I was taught in ways many would not think were possible... In short I was a hot mess. Despite my apparent lack of conditioning and coordination Sarah remained the perfect cheerleader. The fundamental one on one sessions proved invaluable. Other Crossfit gyms I made enquiries with were happy to let me join their classes without completing the one on one sessions. With the benefit of hindsight I was glad I didn't elect that option as it would make for a very dumb decision! The early morning classes range from hard to really really hard. There is no easy days. The classes are small enough that the coaches are always able to keep you on track. If you can't do a part of the workout the coaches are quick to show you a modification. What I enjoy most is the sense of satisfaction you get from doing some especially difficult each morning. There is a strong community vibe here also. Everyone has been very welcoming.

The gym is always clean. It has a good functional strength training area. There is a small balcony…read morearea with lighter weights, an adjustable cable machine that you can set up to work any body part, and medicine balls and ab chairs as well as stretching chair. This area is likely a hidden gem for people that want to use dumbbells from 5 to 20 lbs and not be in the free weight area that can be a little crowded with the "serious" lifters that people newer to a gym setting might find intimidating. Which they shouldn't, because despite the occasional intense looks most people are friendly and I bet would be willing to help a new person out. There are a lot of young people, like high school age, which can be annoying only in the sense that they sit on a piece of equipment and play on their phones for minutes at a time - often until you just politely ask them if you can work in. The gym has massage beds and a good selection of cardio equipment that users are pretty good about keeping clean and the staff get repaired in a timely fashion when maintenance inevitably is needed. Overall, the staff are very kind and friendly and although typically not sitting at the front desk they glance over now and then to see if anyone is there waiting for assistance or you can find them easily. They have helped me get the app to work for my check ins several times. The reason it's not 4 star is I could drive 1/2 mile east and go to LA Fitness which has a pool and basketball court. Which I often do.

I belong to several gyms in the area thanks to my health insurance company plan. I would rate this…read moregym as above average for the area- I'd give them 5 stars if they had a pool, sauna, and/or hot tub. I really like Reclaim because it has one of the best functional strength sections I've ever used in a gym. There are tons of weights, machines, free weights, and a huge functional training area with EVERYTHING you could need. Employees are nice. I love the idea that this place is open 24/7, not that I can stay up past like 10:00 anymore LOL. The gym is clean and seems to have a minimal amount of douchebags working out here. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great workout with tons of good options. They just added an infrared sauna and I heard they're getting red light therapy beds, so that'll be fun to try too.
