So far, so good. However- he won't do multiple fillings at once, he spreads it out. However- he's friendly and staff is great!

I cannot be happier with my service and treatment. I have been treated by both Dr Jill and Dr Dave. And can highly recommend both as a dentist. A long time ago I had the gum scaling procedure done T another dental office and it was excruciating (if you have ever had one you know what I'm talking about.) unfortunately I didn't care for my teeth as well as I should have after that terrible procedure and I needed it again before beginning a series of treatment options. Sidney the hygienist performed mine in two days back to back. She was fantastic! It wasn't pleasant by any means BUT it wasn't anywhere like my first scaling yet it was more precise and efficient. All the staff and dentists that worked on me regularly would ensure I was okay and not in too much pain. Everyone understood and has helped me in getting as much of my work done in a speedy timeframe. This office is very Covid compliant. When you arrive you ring them to let them know you are have arrived and you wait in your car until they call you. Just inside the door they take your temp with a touch less thermometer, of course they are super masked up, and they have 2 dishes for clean pens and dirty ones so there is very little to no contact with items others have touched. I am so appreciative and happy with my experiences at this office with all of the staff and dentists I have had contact with!

Rock Cliff's Dr. Warburton removed my wisdom tooth, then ignored me for a week as I showed up at his office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday pleading for help and for attention to the swelling and pain in my jaw and my inability to open my jaw. On Friday afternoon Dr. Warburton assured me I was fine (he told me my post-surgical pain was due to my advanced age (I'm 45) and told me I'm "not the same animal" I was at 16). Less than 48 hours later I was ordered to undergo emergency surgery. I was put under, an incision was made in my neck, and the abscess that Rock Cliff's Dr. Warburton has been sitting on for a week was drained. I called Dr. Godfrey from the hospital regarding the emergency surgery, simply because I had some questions and he's the only dental specialist I know. He called me back Sunday night, but I was in surgery, so he reached me Monday night. He was sympathetic, who wouldn't be, or at least seem to be so as not to look like a monster. He was careful not to criticize Rock Cliff or anything they did. I will be seeking a different dentist. I was treated so inhumanely by Rock Cliff. Not only did they sit on an abscess and leave it completely untreated (no oral antibiotics, nothing) for a week until I needed emergency surgery (and I visited them three times that week, asking for help), the staff at Rock Cliff were particularly vindictive women who seem to take joy in others' pain. I developed dry socket after wisdom tooth surgery, and they wouldn't allow me to speak to the doctor to ask him for more painkillers. He didn't prescribe me enough to get through the night until my next visit, and I wanted to request one (1) more to get thru the night. I was told by female staff that I had gotten more painkillers than most other people and so I shouldn't ask for more. Do most patients get dry socket? No, they do not. A minority of patients get dry socket after wisdom tooth surgery, which is an excruciatingly painful condition where the bone of the jaw is exposed. Maybe Dr. Godley is golfing buddies with the guys at Rock Cliff or something. That's fine. But at Rock Cliff I was treated like garbage, I received negligent treatment, and it put me into a situation where I needed emergency surgery. I have four children. I know my life means nothing to these doctors or their staff, but to my children it means a lot. I don't know if Dr. Godley gets kickbacks from Rock Cliff for referring patients to them or how that works, but I can no longer continue to see a dentist who espouses this practice that put me in a lot of danger and acted like my life was disposable. I will be choosing another dental pra

When I asked what to do for the pain, was told Oragel and Advil. I was out of my mind in pain, perhaps the antibiotic wasn't working since the pain only increased 10x and phoned, texted, called the emergency number on Thursday numerous times and again Friday (office closed). I even checked with my pharmacy thinking perhaps she'd call something in, a different antibiotic, anything! She didn't. I didn't get a response until the following Monday afternoon, just an angry-sounding message telling me to call her. Frankly, I would not recommend Pamela Putnam DDS for dental care. At least in my experience, she takes the "care" out of dental care.

Rude and felt unsafe…read more I was recommended to Dr. Putman's office and was immediately struck by the physical aspect of the office being a cabin, the surrounding creek and dogs that go to work. But no matter how cute a place is, no one should get treated poorly, especially in a medical environment. I went in for a filling, and when finished, it felt like I was biting on a rock. Dr. Putman said it might be because I was numb. After the numbness went away the filling was still so incredibly high. I wanted to come back in for an adjustment as soon as possible because the office was closing for an entire week. They put me on the schedule at the end of the day, the following day, which was their last day before they closed for the week. I imagine the feeling of being done for the day and wanting to be off for the week. As soon as Dr. Putman walked in she said "came in right when we're closing huh?" I immediately felt uncomfortable and felt myself shutting down. I felt a roughness from her while she was in my mouth and she even said to the assistant "she's tough, she just got a tattoo." After she did the second adjustment she said "I'm not doing anymore, if I do more it'll have to be a crown." I told her it still felt like I was biting on a rock, but it was getting better. And she sort of huffed and adjusted more, this time I really felt her in my mouth for much longer than necessary, like she was trying to just get it all the way down so I wouldn't feel it at all. And that's exactly what happened. When she finished she took her gloves off and adjusted the chair as if we were done before asking me how it felt. I even thought she had walked out. I was scared to say anything. I felt extremely uncomfortable in my body and frozen in my voice. She took a minute to ask how it felt, and I said It felt like I was biting more on my front teeth now, something I never had a problem with before. She huffed and said "okay bye" and walked out, which was the last time I saw her. I gave out a shocking "thank you?" I was completely shaken up, and am still in shock from this. I told the assistant how rude that was and the assistant actually said "I apologize for that." Which gave me confirmation I was not crazy for feeling triggered in this way. If you cannot treat your customers, clients, PATIENTS with patience and care, do not have them come in before you close or anytime when you're not able to be there for them. It's been three weeks now and I cannot chew on that tooth, as it is extremely painful and sensitive. I was told it should subside in a few days. I will have to find a new dentist to see what the next step will be into treating this tooth. On top of that, I was told at my initial new patient exam I was able to use Care Credit which I had used at that first appointment no problem. Following that appointment I was then told it could only be for $1,000 or more. This filling appointment was a "one last time" using Care Credit under the limit. Update: I was texted by the dentist saying "I'm sorry you feel this way" and was told that my appt for the follow up was earlier in the day, as if coming in before they closed was my problem, when the front desk told me to come in at that time. She went on explaining about my tooth having the unbearable pain. There was no apology or acknowledgment for how she made me feel. "I'm sorry you feel this way" is not an apology or ownership for her actions of how rude she was and uncomfortable it made me feel. The assistant texted back saying "let us know your new dentist to forward you records." Such a nice office.

They do charge a premium, but it was convenient and the staff and Dr. Jennifer Marks were very nice and I felt I got good care. I had an experience with Dr. Jason where I felt his work was not up to the standards of the care I had always received. (Crowne color and shape were not at all a match. She had done the exact same tooth on the other side a couple years prior and there was no problem at all ). I do not feel he handled it in a professional or kind way. He was demeaning and arrogant. He knew I was not happy when I left and even though he kept saying he wanted to keep me as a patient, it was always followed with a "but...". the office made no attempts to follow up or to reach out. I had no intentions of actually writing a negative review, but it seems they took me off the schedule for my next prescheduled cleaning, as I called to cancel it and they said they didn't have me on the schedule. That was aggressively rude. I never had any problems with her and her work was impeccable. But I'm not giving my money to this business.

They were also so kind and compassionate with me in regards to my anxiety and sensory issues I have. However, I now have new insurance through my wife's job, so they are out of network. I talked with the receptionist twice. First time, she mentioned to call the insurance and get pre-approval first. Alright, I did that and talked with a semi helpful insurance individual on that side who could not confirm or deny me going there (pretty typical). I called back to 828 Dental and the I spoke with the same lady who was pretty salty. To summarize it, she was upset about doing 'their job' and a few other snide comments. I mean I do understand insurance is a pain to deal with, however maybe not be salty to me? The next conversation happened when she talked to my wife. When you are salty towards my wife, you do not get my business anymore and that really sucks. So for me, I will not go back because of the receptionist. Take that stuff to therapy, get a new job,or take some time off.
