I didn't make contact because I felt uncomfortable he continued to speak loudly all customers cashiers hearing him target me. He kept hounding me so he said "he's trying to make me laugh. I was just joking." I said , "that's what bullies say" What kind manger singles out a customer on return line ! He has done this everytime I go return things! I m upset I will not shop there again! I'm telling friends and family about the three incidents each time he loudly shamed me for returning things. They are shocked and they will not shop there neither will I. Mr Paul has caused me great anxiety !!!!! it use be my favorite store I just can't go back. How could a manger be so cruel! I did nothing but quietly wait online to return and he publicly shamed ! The beginner adult class is great to get comfortable with the machine, winding a bobbin, and learning simple stitches all while creating your first product (a small drawstring pouch!). Everyone who joined the class was also so sweet and supportive. I'm sure it varies class to class, but it definitely felt like a great community.
