I bought them a way-cool STAINLESS STEEL growler from Base Camp Brewing. I then took it here to have it engraved. They asked me when I needed it by and I said Monday (Christmas Eve) by the latest. They said they were about to close down for the next 4 days but they should have it done in an hour or two before they closed. 45 minutes later I got a call saying it was done. The quality was stunning, they used the exact same font that Base Camp uses and the finish was insane. I'm guessing they use LASERS or something? After three failed attempts to deliver the machine, DICK's had the New York company contact Reliable Assembly & Delivery. We immediately received an email from them followed up by a phone call verifying the date and time, and fifteen minutes before the scheduled delivery another phone call saying they were on their way. Casey and Jaymi not only assembled the machine but also took the time to explain details about its operation. They wore masks and practiced safe social distancing.
