She truly takes such great care of me, and I always leave feeling so happy with the results. Absolutely amazing! I've visited Bollywood Spas multiple times in the last year. First it was the head spa Talk about relaxing! The oil made my hair so soft and moisturized. I never fall asleep during massages but with the head spa, it felt so good I was asleep before it was halfway done and woke up feeling so refreshed. Amazing Next was a hydrofacial. Wow. My skin was so rejuvenated after this. My pores were clear and my skin was glowing for days after Then the Brazilian wax. She was so professional. The service was quick and thorough. I was out of there in no time and it was one of the best I've ever gotten. Brow threading and tinting. Perfect! She listened to what I was looking for and offered great recommendations to help with my vision and delivered perfectly. They looked great Finally comes the micro blading! I was so nervous to get this service as you always see the finished product being so dark and thick right after and I did not want to be stuck with a look I didn't like. Yasmin worked with me to find the best option of color and shape for my face that would give me the full brows I was looking for without being too dark and drastic. Oh. My. Goodness. This is ridiculous, I went in today at 5:15 to be told I have to wait an hour to get my eyebrows done because the employee was doing lashes , why is their only one employee working ? Flew into Ontario and needed my brows threaded. I looked in the area and this place showed up. 4-5 stars. It was inviting but I went downhill from there. I wanted only my brows and they told me to have a seat and that someone was going to come right away. It wasn't long and a lady came to my chair. From the looks of it, she was still eating her lunch. I watched her brush off the crumbs with her clothes and proceeded to the chair where she told me to lay back. I assumed a different lady was going to service my brows and closed my eyes and pulled my eyelids down so they could be threaded. As I was getting threaded, I could smell a sour smell and her hands were wet and cold. It seemed like the person serving my brows ate lunch and didn't wash their hands. YUCK. Very unsanitary. I got up and said okay I've had enough. I didn't like how it didn't feel clean. I left in disgust. I was very unhappy with the cleanliness. I felt that sanitation was not their priority at ALL. Please be advised. Please wash your hands and sanitize before servicing. You wouldn't want someone's lunch on your eyebrows. Also, be hygienic. Dealing with beauty, you're touching skin, hair, ect... as always prep the skin; meaning Yours and the clients!!! I will next time take my time elsewhere. read more

today I went to get my eyebrows after waiting 5 months to let them grow out. My eyebrows have their natural shape and all I asked for was a clean up. I got them done by someone who doesn't even work in this store. According the the other worker her name is Moni shanee and works in Bollywood threading on archibald. I may have incorrect spelling on her name but that's what it sounded like. Point it she threaded under my right eyebrow to the point it looks like a mini bald spot. And not my eyebrows natural shape. My eyebrows looked better before they were done by this horrible worker. Never going back. read more

I guess I can't give a minus review this time . I only use this location once or twice a month just to get my eyebrows clean. I'm just a guy that keeps my eyebrows trimmed/ clean. This time , the Indian lady could not explain how she messed up my eyebrow. " I guess she tried to say that hair doesn't grow I said when I walked in my eyebrow wasn't like that. She try to fix it and of course, she apologized saying 'sorry don't know what happened " and that next time she would give me a good discount. HELL NO !!!! There would be no more next time coming here. I'm fucked for a couple a weeks I guess . read more
