Very unhappy. Terrible service. New business and I hope it flops. The woman didn't understand English because I told her do not make them thin and only clean up. She made them uneven and too thin. I'm upset at myself for even paying for the terrible service. Woman messed up my eyebrows. Eyebrows aren't the same. I'm extremely really pissed. She gave me a stamp card...threw it away when I got home. Will not be coming back ever! I was honestly just desperate and needed something close by.... biggest mistake!!! Woman always asks me if I want to get my upper lip threaded right before she finishes with my eyebrows and I feel like she makes your eyebrows even uglier if you say no. They have awesome eyebrow threading BUT dont go for the Brazilian wax!!! I repeat, don't go for the Brazilian wax. I came here to get my FIRST ever Brazilian wax and it was the wost mistake i have EVER made. They don't put talc powder before they wax you, they reuse their waxing strips instead of using a clean one every time!!! They dont use ingrown serum for after care and they don't tell you how to take care of it. My area is covered in ingrown hairs and white bums which i later found out are filled with puss due to irritation. I officially hate my area as well as my body thanks to this aweful Brazilian wax. If you're thinking of getting a Brazilian wax go to the European wax center. Don't do what i did, its not worth the price. Pay a little extra and you'll be treated a whole lot better at the European wax center. Stay away from bollywood threading if you want waxing!!! read more

Great work for a great price! I've only ever gotten my eyebrows threaded. Open long enough to come after work. Been going here for years and I've never been disappointed. I recommend asking for Abby. I personally think she's more gentle so it doesn't hurt as much. I've never had to wait too long there's always someone there to assist you as soon as you walk in. Ok so the first I went here great! I loved my brows;the second time(which I haven't been there since) I don't know if this girl was new or something but she did not do my eyebrows good. I just wanted a clean up and she made my eyebrow way THINNER then they were before, it's like she tried doing a shape on my brow even though I didn't request for it,she took off like 2 rows of hair and my brows already have a solid shape. read more
