And she pays attention to my face shape, and my preferred brow shape instead of doing her own thing... Which can be VERY frustrating at other places! Wish I would have specified I wanted to keep my eyebrows thicker and more round because I ended up receiving a thin square arch (and it takes me a month to regrow them) but I didn't even notice how thin they were in the shop due to the adrenaline of receiving such great service amid that tells you anything! It's also my fault for not specifying that I like them thick, all I said was that I prefer the shape that I already have. I'm actually updating this review because I just got home and my eyebrows are not only too thin and square for my round face but they are uneven, while one is clearly thinner than the other. They took temperatures due to COVID-19, nice ambience, but that's where the good ends. I got my eyebrows threaded and it took 2 minutes for both eyebrows, my eyebrows are on the thicker side so already it wasn't enough time. It shows because the side of my eyebrows are crooked and weren't touched at all. My sister had the same complaints, and it was a different lady that did her eyebrows. Absolutely horrible experience! I decided to get eyelash extensions for the first time, but I didn't really know how the process works. I just wanted to look cute for my trip. Anyway the lady with burgundy/red hair was fine at first and slowly became more rude. Like I've never done this before and I told her that I'm sensitive with my eyes, but she just kept going at it and stretching my eyes open, putting tape super close to my eye and ripping it off! She did it like 10 times!!! Like LADY!!! What are you doing?!?!? Explain this rather than sighing to yourself and stretching my eyes out wider to tape SOMETHING!!!! She finally gets it and starts putting those tiny lashes in and finishes up in 15 minutes. Seemed a bit quick and then she's like I'm done. Here. How is it? I look and was like B**TCH!!!!!! DO YOU NOT SEE WHAT I SEE?!?!? She legit had one eye with lashes missing at the end and the other eye missing lashes at the beginning of my eye!!!! Like I look ridiculous!! How does this look right to you?!?! FIX THIS!!! I explained this and she said it's because your eyes are too small. BUT SHE GOT IT SOMEWHAT RIGHT ON ONE EYE? Like gtfo here! When I caught on that something wasn't right I asked to see my eyebrows and she didn't let me look. She "finished" but left so much behind so I had someone else clean it up. Normally i wouldn't blast a business however, future customers need to be warned. Nina normally does my individual lashes & she does an excellent job. I called to have an early appt one day prior to actual appt, Nina was out that day & the salon suggested Tina. This person does NOT know what she's doing when it comes to applying individual lashes. The next day the lashes on my right eye were white, stuck together, a complete mess from so much glue! I had to use to pair of tweezers to try & repair what i could til next appt. Two wks later, Nina removed my lashes which damaged them, then i had to pay for a new set, & i do not appreciate being used as a guinea pig for TINA to practice on!!! AS I SAID THE SALON SUGGESTED HER! As i was explaining to Nina she asked if "Tina" did them, obviously this was not the first time she bucked up someones lashes.. If you want individual lashes, & you want to look good, DO NOT LET TINA DO YOUR LASHES! read more

The place was clean and it was a chill vibe. Mona also had good energy, and I appreciate her doing my eyebrows. However one is thinner than the other. And I tried to explain to her my eyebrow hairs grow in different directions at the ends, so that I would have this problem that I've had with literally every threading salon where they shape one eyebrow but can't match the other one, and she made it seem like she already saw that and wanted to just proceed. Now the tail of my right eyebrow is longer than the other one because the shape could not be matched on the left (the tail would have had to have been angled differently for them to be the same length) and now the only way to fix it is to grow them all the way out, which takes MONTHs. It's extremely inconvenient because I just grew them out for over 6 months before coming in today. read more

Aman gave me the absolute worst experience ever!! She sat me down in her chair and literally worked on my brows for less the 30 seconds with no effort or detail. Shes younger with a red/brown colored rreShe then asked me if I wanted aloe Vera gel and it was finished. I was so shocked because my eyebrows were not done and I had a lot of hair on the That was very visible! I asked her to please clean it up more and showed her where I could see needed work. She huffed and reluctantly started and stopped almost immediately and told me it was done again I could see there was no progress so I asked her to please clean it up more she huffed and said " I don't see no hair" I showed her and she then asked another lady to come take over, she ripped her thread and walked away upset and as if I was bothering her. Another lady came over and helped me so much! She cleaned it up and was very kind and generous she apologized as she saw how horrible I was treated... she even trimmed my brows with Aman refused to do, she cleaned the middle of my brow which was completely ignored! I never come here I usually go to orange county but today I was in a rush because I have an event. They just lost a faithful customer I would've came every week and tips very well. The moral of the story is a first impressions are everything and this was absolutely the worst experience ever and I will never come here again and I don't recommend. They didn't even have a long line or wait for them to treat somebody so horrible and asked if they were being bothered. I went back after the pandemic and since Chanda wasn't there I decided to give one of the other girls a chance....she messed up my eyebrows HORRIBLY!!!! Took me back to my high school "chola" days lol AND she cut some of my skin off !!! Took me forever to regrow my brows! I NEED Chanda back!!!! Anyone know where she left to?
