While I was on a phone call, she overheard someone say, "I don't like her voice." She then told me to end my call because she no longer felt comfortable servicing me and sent another waxer to complete my service. What made this especially uncomfortable was that the original waxer was white, and I was then reassigned to a Black waxer. I have no issue with the employee who completed my service; my concern is how the situation was handled and how it made me feel singled out and unwelcome. When I asked for the original waxer's name, two employees gave me different names, (Alysssa W. or Ashley) which further raised concerns about the transparency of the situation. I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism regardless of my race, appearance, or voice. I am asking management to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including speaking with the employees involved and reviewing what occurred before, during, and after my service. I also expect management to hold the appropriate employees accountable for their conduct, clarify why I was given conflicting information about the waxer's identity, and take concrete steps to prevent customers from being treated this way in the future. I would appreciate a direct response explaining how this matter was investigated and what corrective action will be taken.

I went to Bollywood Threading once and I got my eyebrows done for the first time in 2018 and I loved it ever since. Due to COVID I could not get my eyebrows done so I found out Bollywood was open and I went in and everything was so clean and safe. They give free mask if you don't have on, clean after every customer, disinfecting every thing. Amazing service I recommend TINA the most because I have been going to her from the start. They are professionals at doing there job, every high quality workers especially TINA! They all wear masks check temperatures, make sure every one is good to go and they have a waiting area that the chairs are separated also they they were doing outside too which I find amazing!! I have always wanted to do my eye lashes however I never felt confident when I went to salons to ask questions. I've been to places that say It would be 175.00 an up and I would have to go back every 2 weeks. Wow thats way out of my range. Today I was in the shopping center and walked in to see. The salon is exceptionally clean, the staff was kind and made me feel confident about the services they offered. I was amazed at the price. Marina showed me the different lashes. I explained to her I have no clue I would like them to look natural. Mirina did a awesome job. I'm so excited I will definitely be back for her to do my maintenance. You kidding me?? There are more fearless people out there. I didnt believe on my lady that this salon is open even though they must remain closed by law and order. Her favorite place is closed so she kept calling random salons and found this open. Bingo..I waited in my ford but was really stunned. Looks like they dont care for police, health department or any order. I search in google what can happen if somebody complain. Look at the picture. They can get fined for $1K/day and civil enforcement violation as double down. Heyyyy. If you dont care for possibly virus spread, this place is open. I have been going to this salon for a while now. I highly recommend this place to everyone because there so friendly and they know what does the customer exactly wants. i got couple of jobs done from here like facial, eye lashes, wax, and more, but never experienced any kind of problem. i always go there because their manager Pinky is really sweet, caring and she knows how to respect the customers. if pinky can't do it, nobody else can !!! I cannot get past how much glue was used for these cluster lashes. I can't even blink my eyes…read morewithout feeling the glue pulling on my skin. It hurts to close my eyes, it even hurts to squint! I used a Groupon, first she couldn't get over how little she thought I paid. I told her don't worry about how much I paid (I explained I had a Groupon coupon which lowered my price). She kept saying I paid so little even after showing her the voucher with the option I chose. There will be no way for these lashes to fall out naturally because essentially she created one big strip of a lash by adding so much glue across the top. I can't even comb/brush through them. I've had cluster lashes many times and never have they been glued on in this manner. I like that they are even but that's about it. The lashes also stick straight out. They don't curve like the shape of a natural lash. There's nothing classic or natural about this set. I texted the same number that scheduled my appointment about my experience and there was no response. But when I texted to schedule an appointment they were prompt.
