My mother usually gets her eyebrows done at the mall but we were coming back from a Zumba class when we saw this shop. My mother's eyebrows were over threaded last time she was at the mall so she had to grow them out & was looking for a new place. The staff was nice & had no problems answering our million questions about all the services they have. Monju (I think that's her name, if not I'm sorry!) was amazing! My mother said this was the only time in her life that she's gotten her eyebrows threaded & it wasn't painful! Also, my mother's forehead wasn't red/swollen like other times at other places. The little massage that they do at the end helps tremendously. I saw my mother's experience so I decided to have my first threading experience. I'm so satisfied because it wasn't painful & she cleaned them up so well without my eyebrows being too thin. Definitely going back! Especially for the dermabrasion and other skin services when I have more time. If you've never been to this place you should let them know because they have coupons for first timers. :D read more

Needed to get my brows done and was so happy there was a threading place right in town. My friend and I popped in and there was no line or wait. Nita promptly working on my brows and then my lip area. It wasn't painful at all! She cleaned up my brows nicely without making my brows look naked. I would normally give this a five star because I always come out with great eyebrows, but one time I got the old lady and she didn't even ASK how I wanted my brows done. Needless to say, they came out very thin and I didn't have to do my brows for well over a month. Other than that though the quality is great for a low price! read more

I've been coming here for over a year now and I always loved how Monica did my threading and waxing. I've gone in a few times and asked about her but every time I asked, they told me she was on vacation. I recently found out that she no longer works here. She did such a great job everytimr I came in. I tried getting my eyebrows and the waxing done by someone else here but it wasn't the same. They were nice. But my lashes are falling out the first day. The girl that did them, did not do a good job and even have some.of my real lashes sticking out. When I asked her If she could redo it she, said that the fake eyelashes fall out in two weeks and come back then because they didn't have anything to take off the fake eyelashes, because they didn't do that service. I told her I understood, but my lashes were sticking out and didn't look nice. She said to come back in two weeks and she will fix it. I'm sorry but that's just absurd. read more

UPDATE: I am updating my original review that I had left. I was very please with my eye lash extensions and eye brow threading.... At first! I wrote the review the same day and since have completely changed my mind. My eye lashes fell out after one full day! They were supposed to last up to 2 weeks. I was hysterical, as I was getting married that weekend. On top of them falling out, they pulled some of my own lashes out, too! As far as my eye brow threading, it was great for a few days until I completely broke out across the tops of my eyebrows. All in all, it was a nightmare, but thank goodness for store bought eyelashes and makeup for my big day. The price was reasonable, but you get what you pay for. read more

Tina brought my eyebrows back to life! After a few months of not having them done and Covid-19 closing everything down, my eyebrows were looking a horrible mess. I called day before to confirm their hours because of Covid-19. The woman I spoke to, who's name I did not get, told me they were open 10-7 on Sunday and that they were only doing appointments. I asked if an appointment for 6:30-6:40ish would be okay since I was coming from Colton m. She asked someone and they said it was fine. Upon arrival the door was locked, so I walked back to my car and called. Tina answered and let me know she was finishing up with a customer and to walk to the door in two minutes. She had me in and out in less than 10 minutes and I was not disappointed. I honestly thought it was going to take longer.
