I've been coming for almost 3 years now. I mainly do my brows. Chandra is my go to girl. However some other girls are really good. I'm sorry i never got their names. Chandra is very nice! Always greets with her amazing smile. Before i started coming here my brows had no shape. She gave me tips and told me to not pluck and let grow out. Worst 3 weeks ever! But when she finally got to thread them. She made them look so beautiful and flawless. They are the right thickness, length, and shape. I've done a facial there. It was amazing. My face felt sooo smooth and rejuvenated. I also did the microdermabrasion facial. Now that left me looking radiant. The facility is clean. The prices are decent. The wait isn't too long. Great service and work from Monica, as usual! But I'm very disappointed to find out that they stopped allowing customers to tip with their credit/debit card. In the year 2017, who carries cash anymore? I love supporting small business, but can't support management that doesn't see the value to their employees and client's to offer such a basic convenience as tipping in a service-based business. I can imagine this affects the employee's overall take-home pay, and, with the amount of threading places popping up, I wouldn't blame them if they went elsewhere to collect better tips. Management will end up losing more $ from employee turnover/training than they might be saving in merchant service costs now. Food for thought, management! Bring back tips! read more

I love coming here it's close by where i live and I never had an issue with them til now. I went in to get my eyelashes done and Sofie i think her name, did my eyelashes nice lady and very friendly. The outcome is okay i'm just not used to wearing eyelashes the next day i wanted them off i went back to the shop waiting in line. 5 people that came after me got helped by another lady before me and I waited probably 20-25min. I notice her always on her phone while doing another customers lashes I asked for eyelash removal and she said they don't do it there. I was upset and kept my composure and confused because the last time i got my lashes done they removed it as well so not only I waited there for long time and had people get help before me I didnt get what I needed. The lady told me it's a process and it will take long it didn't make sense to me how they can put lashes on but now remove them, Also the fact that her respond was it would take too long. She said I can go to Sally's and buy a oil and handed me a brush to comb it when the oil is on smdh. I went home removed it and now i have patches of bald spots on my eyelid. Eyelashes came off and my eyelashes came off with the false eyelashes. I will never return the service I got was horrible. Now I;m walking around with bald spots on my eyelid. read more

I drove 15 miles hoping to get the henna tattoo done for my wife on the occasion of karwa chauth. The lady there name Chandra was rushing and said leave even after we make the appointment she took extra 15 mins to do the tatto. The price she charged was way too much for the job she did. She took not more than 10 mins to finish the tatoo. She by passed my request on what she wanted. We paid 40 buck to do a piece of crap tattoo. And she said that's wat u get in 40 bucks. I will not recommend anyone to go there and get any kind of service at their store. They will rip u off and u will go home unhappy angry and frustrated. I was so disappointed and now she can't remove that tattoo nor she she can get a new one. My occasion celebration and the passion and excitement is killed at this place. I hope no one else go there and get rip off like we did. Pls please pls don't go there. I wish I cud do negetive stars ... The story is long don't have that much time to keep my self user on this. I have always wanted to do my eye lashes however I never felt confident when I went to salons to ask questions. I've been to places that say It would be 175.00 an up and I would have to go back every 2 weeks. Wow thats way out of my range. Today I was in the shopping center and walked in to see. The salon is exceptionally clean, the staff was kind and made me feel confident about the services they offered. I was amazed at the price. Marina showed me the different lashes. I explained to her I have no clue I would like them to look natural. Mirina did a awesome job. I'm so excited I will definitely be back for her to do my maintenance. I was a regular customer. But recently they haven't been doing such a good job on my eyebrows. The lady which did my eyebrows cut part of my inner brow a little too much. Now my eyebrows look horrible. I've gave this place too many chances. If you are planning to get your eyebrows done here I would recommend sticking with one person that does them good because if you get your brows done by someone who you aren't familiar with, they will usually mess them up. read more

I had Jasmine as my "waxist" (i think thats the word?) lol and it was as good as it could have been for a brazilian. it hurt either way, but the service was good. and you can't really beat the price of $25 for a brazilian or $37 for a eyebrow & lip thread with brazilian. I've been here a few times specifically for a wax and don't have many complaints other than the strip wax for the bikini area. Great price though and a comfortable environment. I had previously been waxed by a younger woman who was very quick and did an amazing clean job but never got her name for some reason (this is clearly my fault). I came back and was waxed by someone else since she was not there and it wasn't bad..but it wasn't the best. Overall I do like this place and always recommend it. I've been here about a year ago. I loved it but I decided I would start trying to do my own eyebrows. Then I got tired of doing them myself. And went to get them waxed (HUGE MISTAKE) my eyebrows were butchered! So I had to let them grow out. I needed my butchered eyebrows to looks at least decent by Christmas. I came here today and saw Betty (LOVE HER!!) she made my eyebrows look fabulous when she had so much to fix! The center of my eyebrows just doesn't grow so they are naturally far apart. Tried this place today on my lunch break. Should have listened to the reviews, the girl that was right next to the window hut me so bad. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 10 years now, and this is by far the worst experience ever. I was ready to walk out before she even finished. Then she even had the nerve of asking if I wanted a punch card so I can go back no way sticking with the house of beauty from now on. At least they never brought me to tears. read more
