Some lady with pinkish reddish curly hair did my eyebrows and they are so horrible! I immediately wanted to cry, I've been trying so hard to let them grow out and it's been taking me years to. She took out so much hair! They are so thin and so uneven! She took out so much hair from the beginnings of my eyebrows, there is a huge gap between them. I'm really upset, this place used to be good.... I was very loyal to this place and that lady ruined my eyebrows. Horrible! I stopped here to get waxed while visiting family in the area . I have been before and always had great results. However I had a new girl and after my bikini wax I got 1st degree burn, scabbing , irritation and swelling. She went over the area way too many times and my skin was ripped off in the process. So painful it's been nearly a week and I'm barely feeling relief. Had to go to the urgent care to be checked out. She did a horrible job. I have received maybe 100 or more bikini waxes in my lifetime and NEVER had this happen. I will never come back here . Don't risk your health or well being for an inexperienced wax. I was at Bollywood threading and spa last week and had my entire face threaded including my eyebrows which needed it desperately and Noor did a great job. I already posted about that but on Thursday I went and had the most amazing facial by Noor. The products she uses made my face feel so rejuvenated. This is the first place I've ever been to get my eyebrows threaded at! I was super scared because I heard how painful eyebrow threading is compared to waxing, but the person who did my eyebrows was very quick and definitely knew was she was doing. The results came out much better than the results I get when I get them waxed (it's way more on point after threading). I go here to get my eyebrows done all the time! I let them know what I want my eyebrows to look like and they are always nice and accomodating. Every woman that has worked on me has been fast and accurate with my wishes. Of course it hurts, but that's just part of threading. I'm going soon to have a Brazilian Wax done! DO NOT GET FALSE LASHES HERE! Older woman told me the lashes would stay secure for a month, an hour later a whole chunk from my inner eye came loose. Also, I told her several times to even them out as there was way more lash on the inside of one eye than the other, but she insisted it looked just fine and refused to adjust them as per my request. I understand "you get what you pay for" but other than the Owner it seems like no one here cares about doing good business for repeat customers. I not only will not be coming back but warn others to save their money and find somewhere else to spend it. Horrible customer service. read more

I took my wife here thinking "Hey this looks like a good place due to the reviews and ratings they gave this place" we walk in lady tells my wife to sit down they started and all I heard was my wife saying it hurts. Lady didn't seem to care so she kept at it. The lady ignored her and at the end my wife's eyebrows were totally not what she said and to top it all off the lady left a lot of left over hairs. Not the best experience I've had for my first time. I got my eyelashes done here and within the hour some fell off. I came in and got the mm fixed but in less than a week they fell off again. I called and was told that they would be fixed free if charged. I showed up and was told I had to pay $15 for a touch up....they fell within the fours days. Before my sister brought me to this life-changing palace, I was doing my eyebrows myself using wax and razors. My eyebrows were horrible. When I went there for the first time I thought there wouldn't be to do much for my eyebrows, but to my surprise they looked the haven't been abused at all when she finished. Every month, I drive for about an hour, sometimes more depending on traffic, just to come and get my eyebrows threaded and my waxes done by Tina. I don't mind the drive, because she always does an amazing job and will go above and beyond to make sure that her customers are satisfied. If there is something that you are unhappy about, just be honest with her and speak up, because she'll make sure to get it right. She always wants her customers to leave happy, with positive intentions of coming back. In addition to the great service, the prices are more than reasonable: $25 for a brazilian wax that makes you "baby's bottom" soft??? Yes please! This here is what I call a win-win situation. I have already referred her to all my friends and cousins who currently come to her for certain services. Bollywood has good prices, but I noticed at the end of my Brazilian that they double dip! super gross! and after I took a closer look at the wax pot, it looked like it had been sitting there for a while..eeeww!!! First of all I must say I am probably the pickiest client one can have; I am so particular when getting a service done that if it's not to my satisfaction I flip-OUT! (well! why shouldn't I; it's hard to make a buck and it's very painful to waste it on bad service). Well I can't say enough good things about Bollywood Threading though. They have this facial called "Golden Facial" and I tell you IT REALLY IS GOLD. I have been getting facials for years from Kate Sommerville (she's great) but for the price I pay for Bollywood Golden facial I feel like it's very underprices for what it's worth. After I got the facial from Bollywood Threading I left there with a glow and it's still there after 5 days, it brightened up my dull skin from this hot/cold weather and gave it a smoother look. Ask prices before any treatment is done, as they charge different prices than written on the board. Threading is good but I don't feel it's professional to just charge something different than what is stated. At least make people aware before that there has been a price change not once you have had work done. When I questioned the receptionist she said they just changed it. I feel it should've been updated if they are going to increase the prices. read more
