Tried this place today on my lunch break. Should have listened to the reviews, the girl that was right next to the window hut me so bad. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 10 years now, and this is by far the worst experience ever. I was ready to walk out before she even finished. Then she even had the nerve of asking if I wanted a punch card so I can go back no way sticking with the house of beauty from now on. At least they never brought me to tears. read more

I used to come here often when working in riverside, I don't know her name but it was always the same older lady. I was in the area and came to see the place is under construction, which is cool indoor mind. But the lady who did my eyebrows was unsanitary didn't even use hand sanitizer after finishing with previous client. I told her that I like my eyebrow shape just need a clean up. She literally did my eyebrows in 1 minute! Sure enough they're ugly and thinner. Now I have to regrow my eyebrows, good thing for brown products or else I wouldn't have pod $7. I love Bollywood Threading. I have been going there for a couple of years and the girls are all great, but Chanda is my favorite!

I love this place, but lately, every time I go they have been leaving me with multiple cuts on my eyebrows. While having them threaded I do feel intense pain, but it is not until after I leave that I notice all the cuts. read more

Ok. So they are great with eyebrows! But don't get your nose pierced here! I got mine done and it was horrible. She cleaned it with alcohol and told me to continue doing so. (You're not suppose to clean it with alcohol) and then she told me I could switch my piercing in 24 hours (you're actually suppose to wait till it's healed) I returned to her because it fell out and right away closed. When I got there and told them, 4 women surrounded me. All of them were clueless as to what to do. read more

This place was great. I took my daughter to have her eyebrows threaded for the it's time and she was very nervous. The staff was very friendly and made it as comfortable for her as possible. The entire process was completed in just minutes! It was a very nice and clean place as well. The prices are very reasonable! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I was told that they give punch cards by a friend who goes there, but I never received one. This won't cause me to not go back though. read more

This is an amazing salon, and all the associates are very friendly! Typically I come in for eye brow threading and the occasional tint, but I have also gotten my nose pierced at this location! I went in today extremely nervous and anxious about my wax session, and the lady who helped me was very nice and friendly which made the experience (It was my first ever Brazilian wax) and it was a comfortable experience due to the friendly atmosphere! I asked for a clean up. Ive been growing my brows for months to get a nice full look. In 3 minutes this lady ruined my whole look. She took off half of the hair on my brows and left them uneven. For months I researched eyelash extentions... read the great, good, not so good and really bad.... It was very challenging to choose the "right" salon and or right extentionist. Having this be the new hip thing to do many of the salons (high and low end) are now offering them, however that does not mean they have a lot of experience. When I was getting my eyebrows threaded here one day I noticed they had a new sign up offering a special for "eyelash extensions" I spoke to Tina and was immediately comfortable with her honesty and clarity and scheduled my appointment. Her place is beautiful, impeccably clean, soothing, quiet and calm. She explained everything she was doing from the get go and has the softest most gentle touch! Needless to say.... I am hooked! I now go every 3 weeks without fail since 2011 and LOVE my lashes everytime! I mostly love and appreciate the relaxing, welcoming and inviting experience each and every time. ok, so it has not been my first time going to this place. The first time i came here i was satisfied. Even though it wasn't the popular eyebrow threader who did them for me, they still came out really good. However, this time, another lady did them for me. I already had over grown eyebrows yet you can still see my brow shape. I took my chance with that lady but when I sat down and told her what I wanted she said ok. After she was done, I looked in the mirror and saw my white skin of my eyebrow. Clearly I know my eyebrow shape and I am not stupid to not notice my eyebrows are completely different. I even told that lady that she removed way too much and all she could say, "Your eyebrows were like that." My eyebrows are thick, not thin. They were not also rounded like Mcdonald eyebrows. The sad part is that i still paid $7. Next time I come here, I will wait for chanda. read more

I got eyelash extensions put on Sunday 7/10/16 done by Pinkey. Monday 7/11/16 they had come off. Today I went to get a refund and the lady who did my eyelashes is refusing to give me a refund. After I let her know I would be expressing my concerns on Yelp and to my own friends and family she then decided to call her boss and let me speak to her. Tina, the owner was kind enough to authorize a refund. Pinkey gave me $30 back. I paid $35. I didn't want to argue anymore so I took what I could and left. This place is NOT professional. Pinkey was rude, argued with me, yelled at me, and then didn't even completely refund me, AFTER her boss authorized the refund. Don't go here people. read more
