This was my very first experience with Threading. I have to say it was very nice. The girl was helpful and informed me of what she was going to do. She also warned me about the discomfort, although I have to say, nothing like the burning and inflammation of waxing. I told her it was for a special event Nd I have to say, she did an excellent job. I have been looking for a great threading place closer to home, so I came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago to have my eyebrows threaded, and I was pleased with the service. I went on a weekday shortly before noon, so they were not very busy. I really liked the ambiance. It was clean, and they had relaxing music playing in the salon. Vikki did my eyebrows. She was welcoming and professional, and her threading skills were great. I've been threading my eyebrows for a couple of years now, and being that I have sensitive skin and nasal and eye allergies, I always experience some slight discomfort here and there, but with Vikki I really did not feel any as she threaded. She did what I asked, and cleaned my brows up nicely, and the price was very reasonable too, $6. I do wish they would ask if you'd like your brows filled in with brow pencil at the end of the session (that's what my other threading place does), but nevertheless, it was a satisfactory experience. They do seem to promote themselves as a full on salon- hair, nails, threading etc; however, when I asked if they do nails, I was told, no. which is strange because I did notice 2 nail stations set up. Apparently, in addition to threading, they do waxing, facials, and henna tattoos. So, overall, I was happy with their service, and I will definitely be revisiting this establishment. read more

My mom brought home a Bollywood Threading Zone postcard she received and gave it to me so that I could go and check out the new business in Montebello. Once I got there I fell in love with he decor and ambiance of the establishment. Anju the owner greeted me right away and was very friendly and welcoming. I came in to get my brows threaded and as a first time customer got a free gift as well! She was gentle and did a nice job, the price was reasonable as well only about $ 6.00 . she offered me some chocolate which was a nice touch and also gave me a tour of the spa rooms. I love love this place!! I found it when I moved in with my bf... I go here now every 2 weeks if I get a chance..(busy schedule) Any who the staff is so nice. I love how this girl does my eye brows. Always a 5 star when I come to this place. The women are always attentive and checkin with you to make sure that you are a happy customer. The great thing is that you always have the same women unlike other places that are always changing personnel. I tried the facial services and that was also great. I don't know how but I went into a relaxation mode that was transcending. The only complaint I have was about Zelma. I wasn't pleased with the fact that she left my eyebrows thinner for my liking. I've only just started to get my eyebrows threaded because my cousin is totally into it. I've always been an avid waxing kind of girl. But I will say that I'm happily converted. The pain is still something to get used to however, Bollywood was super clean and the staff were really friendly.
