My brow artist was Ava , I expressed that I wanted them to be as thick as can be even if bald spots show because from the past I know once I get the lami the brows look good and I can still grow them in without having to look crazy . She proceeded to map my brows and immediately started threading without giving me a mirror and asking me for approval of the shape . So I had to stop her and ask if I could see before she continues threading and by then it was already too late .. all the hair that I'd been attempting to grow back was gone and my brow was back to looking thinner than my natural shape . I began to tell to just stop I don't want the service anymore . Lord knows how long it will take to grow back my brows it's been about 6 months since I started the growing process . By brows are naturally super thick and I wish she was more trained to know that u do not remove any hair before asking the client if they are satisfied with the shape first ! If there was a rating less than 1 star I would give them that . Super upset and she didn't even offer a discount for my lip wax .

She was hesitant to trim the ends, which is something that I always have done by my original eyebrow lady. My eyebrows were uneven as one was arched and the other was curved so I had to tell her to trim the ends or take off more above the arch. She had to go back in several times and each time she failed to do what I asked her. My eyebrows were 3 weeks grown out and I could literally see my shape yet she failed to see it. I have been threading my eyebrows since I was 16, and have been switching places in search of a decent threader, while searching my eyebrows have been getting thinner and mismatched shape wise each time, I was not happy with my eyebrows and wasting my money each time I would get them threaded just to be disappointed. So when I discovered this establishment just open, I thought I would give it a try.The owner of the establishment really understood what I was looking for in my arch, shape and thickness of my brows, she took the time to listen, and took her time threading. Today was my 2nd time in and I feel my eyebrows already approving, she gives me recommendations on growing and when to come in, I feel in no time my eyebrows will be something I'm actually glad to look at, which has not been the case in a long time. I would recommend this place to anyone not completely satisfied with their brow shape, or anyone who has mismatched brow shape and in search of someone who actually knows what they are doing. Anju has been the owner of my brows for the last five years....I REFUSE TO LET ANYONE ELSE TOUCH THEM!! lol....So when she told me she that she was leaving the previous salon and opening up her own studio, there was no doubt in my mind that I would follow her and support this new endeavor, even if it meant driving a few extra miles. She is the best at what she does, hands down!!! Did a walk in to get my brows threaded and tinted. It was fast and at a very good price. I loved the different options they offered in shaping and size of brows. The people there are very friendly and nice. My husband took me and he even loved the place. It was calm and relaxing and very clean, he could not stop saying it smells so fresh and clean. I have been coming here for a few months now with my 15 year old daughter and we absolutely love it! Anju is so polite and has a passion for what she does. She has a lot of knowledge when it comes to beauty! She definitely loves what she does! I had full, natural brows before -- all they needed was a little shaping. Instead, she took off way too much and completely ignored the natural shape of my brows. They're now uneven and ridiculously thin. I left the salon staring at myself in the mirror wondering how a "clean up" turned into a full-on over-plucking disaster. For reference, the photo I'm posting is WITH eyebrow gel, and they still look sparse. Without it? Even worse. Eyebrows take months to grow back, so this isn't just a minor mistake -- it's something I'm going to be dealing with for a long time. If you value your eyebrows and only want a light clean up, I would seriously think twice before coming here. Extremely disappointed.
