Did not greet me when I came in, she would not make eye contact with me. She did not smile. It was 9pm so they were not busy. Could not see her name tag because her hushy hair was covering it. She wanted to argue with that I had to pay for shipping. Told her I was not paying for shipping it was damaged. She did not ask if I wanted another one or what was wrong with it. She just wanted to argue. Anyway they refunded the shipping cost and then she looked at me and said we will not refund another shipping cost. I looked at her and said no worries I will never order online or shop here again. I have spent thousands of dollars here and u allow employees to treat customers this way.
