I would NOT recommend this parking lot. Unprofessional and disorganize. Had us waiting in the ran for 30 minutes and when their shuttle finally arrived, it didn't have enough space for our group (they were already aware we were a group of 6) so we then had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the next shuttle. Don't park here if you want your car returned without damage! I am not the only one who had their car damaged by Bolt Parking. Please see multiple reviews. After leaving the lot and stopping for fuel I noticed a ding with paint damage. I immediately called the lot and was told to send an email to Office@boltparking. This was done and we went back and forth with emails. Finally they refused to cover the damage they caused as it wasn't reported immediately. read more

Booked them because everyone else was sold out for some reason. They are the most expensive off site parking near LGA. Going out was fine. Shuttle was quick, driver was pleasant. Coming back, another story - I arrrived at terminal D, followed the directions from their text system to just go outside and turn right and wait. Well, terminal D is under construction, and cars can't even pull into the area the system told me to wait. Only choice was to walk to terminal C. Tried calling about 100 times just got a message telling to go to the website. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. Finally gave up and took a taxi to get my car. They did reimburse me for the taxi but tried to charge me an extra day since it took nearly 2 hours to get there. What the heck?? And to boot - they left a nice scratch on my bumper. Bottom line - They don't pick up the phone, you have no idea when or even if the shuttle is coming. Their text /web system is arcane and useless, all it does is remind you how long you've been waiting. They are the most expensive parking near LaGuardia, but you don't get what you pay for. My advice - if you are thinking about this place - Bolt elsewhere - anywhere. read more

Requested pickup one hour ago and am now waiting at the Bolt lot because my car isn't ready. Only one guy can drive a stick shift and he was driving the shuttle. Will never use Bolt again. Ridicuous! UPDATE: they couldn't find my car! Had to drive around the entire lot with a staff member to find it. 90 minutes from requested pickup to driving out of the lot. read more

GOD AWFULL! DON'T USE THEM! JULY 2nd, waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle to take us to LaGuardia. Thought we were going to miss our flight. People after us almost missed flight on Southwest. They were supposed to board group A. Had to board group C because the shuttle made them so late. They said the roof of their shuttle was leaking into the vehicle and there was water in the vehicle. Same terrible service on return. Waited over an hour for shuttle to pick us up. Sent a driver who didn't speak English, so I guess he returned to the lot? The only thing they were quick about was taking my credit card to pay $299 for 8 nights. Bolt shouldn't have a license to operate. If Bolt is your only option, take an Uber. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more

I had a very good experience with Bolt - efficient and friendly check-in, nice shuttle bus, quick service to the airport because it's quite close to LGA. The drivers were nice and helpful. I agree with a previous review that you should not reserve through a third party app, because my little old 2004 Subaru Forester that is not any bigger than many sedans these days was charged a $3/day SUV fee. That was definitely not clear on the app I used to book, so it was a surprise. I respected the Bolt folks for removing that fee for me. I will use Bolt again, but think they should revise the size fee to be about length and bulk of a car, not just whether it's an SUV or not, as so many cars are SUVs these days. read more

To cut it short Tommy was able to fix a misunderstanding I had. It was something that was about to be a huge problem but Tommy took his time to help me out. I would defenitely recommend the place based on how he went out to gather evidence of my car not being taking out the lot and it was a different license plate that was sent to my house as a bus lane violation. read more

It is a shoestring operation they had as waiting on the busy street literally before they could process the women who directed us to park right on that street was rude and barked at us like a drill sergeant the van was crammed with people and luggage On the return we supposed use their app but that did not work so we had to call the asked for some tickets number that we never got it took them 10 min on hold to finally find our info The only reason we decided to use this outfit was because of the proximity to the airport but it is not worth the money or the hassle read more

I never go out of LGA. I looked up parking and found Bolt. I didn't know what to expect. When we arrived back from the trip, the shuttle picked us up quickly and had our car waiting for us. Even though close to the airport it's still a 15 minute ride and they don't have shuttles "on demand". They sit and wait till the van fills up. So allow 20-30 minutes when dropping off. After landing back at LGA they send a shuttle 20-30 minutes after you request one. (This is what the dispatcher told me-not just my experience) My shuttle came after 25 minutes. Would spend a few extra bucks on a better service next time. Would not use again because of location and lack of staff. read more

This spot is dope!! I've never had such phenomenal long term parking experience. They got us to the airport in no time when we arrived. And were immediately responsive when we landed; they had someone waiting there to pick us up within a few minutes. The check out was smooth and easy and there were no additional shady fees. As others have mentioned, I gave this 5 stars so I could get $5 off. That was very necessary as they wanted to tack on an oversized fee when my vehicle was clearly a normal sedan. I'm not blaming any individual employee, many of them seemed fine. But I'd make sure to verify each charge to ensure it's correct. Aside from that, the parking seemed okay, place was somewhat hard to find, they can do a better job communicating with clients about where to find the lot, where to get the shuttle, and more. Yelp has 2 stars as "could've been better" and 3 stars as "OK". I'd give it 2.5 it's somewhere in between those two ideas. read more

I left my car here while going away on a business trip. I found the service to be good. The process was smooth. I drove to the lot and checked in with the person in the office trailer. The driver for the shuttle took my luggage. I left the key and the I was taken to my gate at the airport. When I returned, I called the shuttle number. I was told where to catch the shuttle (the instructions were clear). I did not have to wait long for the shuttle to arrive and was taken back to the lot. I paid the balance and was given my key. Simple process, good customer service. Will be using Bolt again. Please note that this is an open outdoor lot. read more

I'm reducing my original rating as Bolt disappointed me greatly upon pickup of my car. There was a last minute SUV surcharge - even though my x3 is no larger than most regular cars. My car was also returned to me filthy as, they explained, it was "parked in the back" which is gravel. read more

This is the worst service I could have imagined. The workers are rude (we were yelled at repeatedly on the phone), it is unreliable (the shuttle didn't show up), and expensive. We might as well have walked home from the airport considering we spent the same amount of time waiting for the shuttle as we did on the plane ride to get here.
