Ever since 2023, I have never parked anywhere else except Safe Park JFK. You pull up into the lot, go inside, and give them your info. If the shuttle isn't there, you can wait in your car. There has been times where the shuttle can take up to about 20 minutes to arrive back to the lot. This all depends on how many people they have to drop off/pick up at ALL terminals. So, please give yourself enough time and arrive early to park your car and make it to your terminal in time. For pickup when you arrive, they tell you in the beginning to call them AFTER you have retrieved your bags. Again... due to traffic and how many people they have to pickup and/drop off before you can take time. I see a lot of people complaining, but ma'am/sir.. this is not a private car taking you to the airport. It's a shuttle bus lol My car has always been the same way I left it. I have to say that it looked very sketchy when we pulled up, but we had a great experience! They put us in a shuttle immediately (just our family) and we were at the terminal a few minutes after dropping off our car. On our return trip, we called as we were walking away from baggage claim, and the shuttle was waiting for us at the curb! Overall-- quicker than on-site parking & less expensive! read more

I have to get up at 2am, to leave my home at 3am to get to Safe Park JFK early so I can be at TSA Precheck at 5am. And they call this vacation?? My sons flew back from Orlando before us, it's when NY was under high winds which delayed their return flight. When they landed 8 hours later, Safe Park JFK sent a shuttle to pick them up. Our family car was safe and ready for them once they jumped off the shuttle. When you're on vacation, there's one less thing to think about when you use Safe Park JFK. read more

This lot was a great option because the long term parking at JFK was $100 more and we didn't have to hassle with the train. They were fast and very friendly, both on drop off and pick up. I was very impressed that they told me, to the minute, when to head outside to meet the shuttle. Everyone we encountered there was helpful. Alos, it was very quick to get right on the Van Wyck. Pleasant experience overall, with a fast and efficient process and a location that is very easy to get to and navigate.

We chose this place because the price was right, and whenever we get in, we can call and they will pick us up. I feel at ease. We left our van at their place and they videotaped and took pictures of our vehicle to make sure everything would be safe. I will add more when we return. read more

Great service and convenient location. We left our car with safe park for a week. The cost was less then long term parking and they dropped us off and then picked us up at the terminal entrance so there was no need to take the air train. Shuttle service was supposed to be included with parking. Although I called at least 10 times it took them two hours to pick me up in the freezing cold. Then I had to wait for another 20 minutes at the parking lot in the freezing rain until they got my car out. They knew I was coming. read more

I booked through Spot Hero and paid in full. When attempting to pick up my car, they told me that I had a balance on the account. I showed them my receipt which paid Spot Hero and they explained that I had to pay them too! They refused to give me my car keys back until I paid again- meanwhile my wife and two young kids were kept hostage for 15 minutes until I convinced them to give me my key back. Had to call Spot Hero and complain, but eventually my threat to call the police was what ultimately made them give me back MY car keys. This place is crooked - stay away! read more

Great service. Car was waiting and warming up for me as soon as I arrived. I called when I landed. They said call when your luggage arrives and in 15 mins the shuttle was out front. This was during busY rush hour traffic also. I will definitely use every time I fly from JFK. I paid online thru JetBlue. Showed my proof of purchase and that was it. I traveled to JFK for a flight . I was gone seven days. When I parked their was an man who spoke broken English He stated 119.00 I asked and clearly said 119 . I told my wife and went to the airport. On our return I was told 266.00 I said are you sure I was quoted 119 he said your truck is big , insert your card. I said this is a shell game . The man who identified himself as the owner went off. I told him I was going to write a review he you write it I am coming after you. I got your name. We argued back and back. He said it's people like you. Get the hell out and never come back. He call me cheap and ungrateful. As a owner of an establishment he could of conducted himself in an more professional manner. Screaming and yelling was very unprofessional. After the smoke cleared I looked up the rates and saw the reasonable amount. You don't threaten people. Everyone not scared it could of ended very badly. Let the owner drive the shuttle and hire a professional person to be the face of the company. Having someone personal information and threatening to come after them is a chargeable offense. Booked a reservation online to park the following day. When I arrived in the afternoon to park, I was attended quickly and was taken to the airport in the shuttle. It's a quick 5 min drive. This establishment is horrible with the customer service. The big fguy Rajon is the worst. He acts like he's the manager but is not. I requested to speak to the manager Raj, who I spoke with earlier today and he told me to pay and get the fuck out. His mouth is very vulgar and will curse you out just for asking for a price. I've parked there for 2 days and I had problems. Rich and Rajon are the worst workers at the establishment and need customer service training. We are from CT and it was our first time flying out from JFK with our two children. I chose this business based on reviews and reasonable pricing - and both were spot on. There's always questions in your head when coming to an unfamiliar area, however your car is good in this parking lot. The shuttle bus was ready to go upon getting our bags out of our car and you leave your keys inside at the office when checking in (payment is made when you get back form your trip when you pick up your car). Everything was fast and easy! FYI - Since then, just my husband and I did long term parking onsite at JFK with the tram - and while you think that's convenient, it is NOT. It's like riding a subway and lugging your bags along the way. Takes forever and the cost is basically the same. Hands down, this option is the way to go. read more

What a wonderful experience I had with Safe Park JFK. So I was flying out of JFK and was looking for a Park N Ride service. I live near JFK but didnt feel safe leaving my car on the street for so long and not being there. A good friend of mine told me about this company and how nice and professional they were. So I figured, I'll try them. They didn't disappoint. The owner Raj is a cool guy. Very respectful and funny. It was my first time using a Park n Ride and he made it painless and so easy. My flight coming back after my vacation was delayed and I called Safe Park to let them know and they already knew about the delay and told me not to worry. They really took care of me and my family. Waited 40 minutes for a shuttle from their lot to JFK and almost missed my flight. Then waited another 40 minutes to be picked up. Both times the guy working at the lot was incompetent/had no clue how long the shuttle would actually take. Perfect parking solution. Way cheaper than long term airport parking. Paid 140.00 for 5 days, reservation was easy through spot hero. Arrived, check in was quick and easy, and the shuttle was loaded up and left immediately. Was a little worried with thier lot being so heavily packed, that the car might be scratched or dented but when we arrived back the car was as it was left, and they even had it ready, running and warm for our return. It's not the absolute cheapest parking solution but it was cheaper than at the airport, and safer/more secure than other independent long term lots in the area. read more
