The only thing to make this work was to split my stay up between two sites. One month later when I arrived Robin told me she found a site for me to stay the whole week without moving. I did not have to beg or ask. She did this on her own. Calling me to make sure I had selected the proper site and then putting me in one site for the week, says a lot about this place. The site was nice. They have a heated pool!!! Plus, the location is great!

This is the first time I've heard from this guy since the time he lied to me about the warranty basically they refusing to help me out because I made complaints about their horrible service. I would suggest to anybody these people are liars. It's a horrible dealership. I would not buy anything from them. There's plenty of other RV dealerships that will take ownership and responsibility of their mistakes. I spent $80,000 for a warranty in a van and I'm getting nothing for it. It's a broken van that I bought.

We reached out to Rv Value mart and haven't gotten a response. I purchased a tool to help flush it out and after a few hours it is functional now. I don't want to make a huge deal out of this but it's not a good business practice to sell someone a full sewer tank. Buyers beware! If you're buying a new product you would not have to worry about something like this.

They were able to figure out exactly the part I needed and sold me 2 new tires so I could use my old one as a spare. Walking around the store there was a bunch of neat trailer stuff including toolboxes and hitch mounted dirt bike / motorcycle haulers. It was a very cool shop with a lot of good products; I'm glad to know it's there. Overall I was pleased with the product and felt the service was sufficient... As an FYI - they do not accept American Express so if that's how you plan to pay make sure to bring a Visa or MasterCard.
