It is drizzled with a sweet soy sauce glaze and spicy Mayo, which complemented each other nicely. Again the tuna was really fresh and it was seared perfectly. I also got an order of the tempura shrimp cups which were awesome. You can get these as an appetizer or have them for a light lunch. The bango sauce (not sure what's in it) went with the cups nicely. Now, I couldn't find this food truck here on Yelp, so I added it to do this review. They may be a new business. However, for some reason the location pinned all the way out in Apex when I added them.
