Grabbed dinner from here recently and really enjoyed my meal! Sultan's Deli is part of a strip mall so it's easy to find parking nearby. Inside, it was kind of smoky, and it seemed like it was just one guy cooking, taking orders, and doing mostly everything else :) I was impressed! I ordered online and my food was ready on time. I took it home and we dug in! First, my chicken gyro was very tasty, my son enjoyed the chicken kebab, and my wife liked her burger. Almost as importantly, though, the prices were extremely reasonable! When you combine great prices and great food, you get a 5 star experience. Overall, I would definitely come back! read more

I came here with a friend today for lunch and it was as good as ever. The service was good, friendly and the food came out quickly. The tables were clean and when we left it was very busy. You order at the counter and then they call you to come pick it up. There is a clean up station by the door and you take your tray and trash yourself. I got another lamb platter like last time and everything on it was great. My friend got a gyro with fries and said the fries were awesome. They looked good and I am not a fry lover. Ordered from Uber eats... First the pictures are misleading. They show two kebabs you only get one. That's OK cause we ordered extra kebab and it also didn't arrive. On top of that there was two baklava that they also missed. I know I ordered at 7:30pm on Fri night and they're closing at 8pm but hey, if you fill the order, you actually have to put all the stuff in the bag and give the customer what they paid for. Uber eats no help either but hey, this is on the restaurant really. The kebab that came the lamb was OK wasn't bad, too much salad. The grape leaves are OK...so the food could've been 3 to 4 star, but overall very bad experience. read more

A hidden gem! Came here for a quick, affordable bite. Got the Lebanese platter which included falafel, baba ghanoush (roasted eggplant dip), hummus, tabbouleh (salad with tomatoes, mint, onion, etc), pita, and chicken kebab (opted to get double meat since it was only like $2 more). Overall, everything was tasty: falafel was crispy on the outside & soft on the inside; chicken was charred nicely but a little too salty for me; tabbouleh was refreshing; pita was soft & I really liked that it was grilled; hummus & baba ghanoush were yum. Ambiance is okay (just a little dingy feeling but there were some delicious aromas coming from the kitchen to counterbalance haha), so we opted to sit outside (there are like 2 or 3 small tables outside). Greek food that hits the spot. The Greek fries are delicious- loaded with feta and tomato and onions and a Greek dressing that elevates them. Gyros are good too. Excellent place for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. We always do Take Away. The portion sizes are plentiful. The Gyros and Kebabs were great as are the Hummus and Baba ghanoush. Service is always friendly and helpful. Dine in is pretty stark and utilitarian but clean. read more

It's the perfect place to drop by and grab a quick bite to eat. Came into Sultan's to grab some lunch to take back home. They have a wide variety of items on their menu. When I went to order, they were also very accommodating with some item adjustments and were able to accommodate to my specific changes. There are flies absolutely everywhere. They land on you the entire time you are eating. The guy at the front desk could not care less about taking our order. The entire place is completely filthy and needs to be cleaned. Their definition of ambience is some dirty paintings with broken borders. Food is nothing special and I would go literally anywhere else in the plaza. Unless you enjoy watching flies mate on your salad this is not the place to go. read more

After visiting Greece recently and enjoying all of the amazing fresh food, I've been craving it since I've been back home. I read great reviews about Sultan's Deli, and chose to have lunch with a friend that lives nearby. When we arrived a little after 3 on a Saturday, there were maybe 5 others dining in. By the time we left 2 hours later, there had been nonstop customers. Sultan's is a nice sized deli, with not a lot of frills, but once you have the food, you realize there's no need. The food is so good. I ordered the Original Gyro, and made it a combo by adding fries & a fountain drink. I believe everything is made to order, so the short wait was fine. It was love at first bite. Definitely put me in mind of Greece. I of course couldn't leave without walnut baklava and an extra side of cucumber sauce & pita bread. All so good. The prices are so reasonable. The food is definitely worth more than what you pay for it. The service is also really great. I forgot to take pictures, but I will the next time. read more

I was craving Mediterranean food, so I stopped into Sultan's for lunch during an afternoon of shopping. I ordered the Zaki platter which consisted of (1) chicken kabob (you can order 2 if you want), warm pita bread, hummus, grape leaves, tabouleh and cucumber sauce. Everything was delicious, and very fresh! I loved the slight char on the chicken kabob, and the marinade they used was very flavorful. My order was a carryout, but they have indoor dining, and the booths are socially distanced. I appreciated that the staff wore masks, gloves and provided hand sanitizer. read more

Amazing food. We were in the area and decided to give this place a try and man we were not disappointed. They have a great variety and clearly use quality ingredients. Everything we had was delicious from the hummus to the gyro meat to the chicken. Best fries and some of the best tzatziki I've ever had!! Service was great, food came out pretty quick. Love love love this place. I have been here 3 4 times now. I mostly order their siracha chicken gyro combo with fries and a drink and I just love it. I have tried falafel sandwich as well which is pretty good. I really liked their original gyro as well. The price is so reasonable and definitely worth it . Ambiance is pretty normal and simple nothing fancy but it doesn't matter as the food is so worth it. Service is pretty good and fast depending on the crowd. This is a hidden gem in the area as there are few Mediterranean places around Apex. Food is always consistently good and generous. Service is always fast & friendly...however location needs a deep cleaning and better ventilation. The air was hazy from the grill and fryer.
