Very good, I had the chicken tandoori, it came out sizzling, the veggies with the chicken were delicious, very unique. The samosas were delicious, the tamarind sauce was amazing. Outstanding! The food is delicious, and even the rice is amazing with its fragrant spices. Great service, nice ambiance, good parking. Have had many different items from the menu and they've all been great. I particularly love the Coconut Kurma sauce with shrimp or chicken. If you like mango, the mango ice cream and mango lassi are excellent. For reference, I usually order medium heat because I like some spice, but not a lot. My husband, who hates anything spicy, orders his food "mild" and loves it. So mild is good for anyone who basically wants "no" heat. read more

I am not from Utah but was visiting family and we found this place. We tried their spinach and the lamb with garlic naan and biryani. It was absolutely excellent. From the service, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, to the execution of each dish. I have been to many Indian restaurants and usually they over spice their dishes to the point of numbing my tongue. But here when we said mild on the spice level, it truly was mild and we were able to enjoy all the flavors. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great Indian food. read more

Tucked in an unassuming shopping center, this brand new restaurant is beautiful and serene inside. We ordered two recommended entrees from our kind waiter and another two to go at the end of our meal. The delicious and layered flavors in each dish were a delightful surprise. The food is absolutely delicious here and for the quality, it's cheap. For example, chicken tikki masala is $15 which is a really good price especially for how absolutely delicious it is. We just had lunch at Bombay Palace and what a treat it was. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such genuine kindness, uncommon these days, it seems. The food was great. I had the Lamb Vindaloo and it was some of the best I have had. Others in my party ordered the Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka and the Shrimp Tandoori. All were pleasantly tasty and generous. I wanted to keep this place a secret, but I can keep this secret no longer. This place is so good! I have to sing it's praises. Bombay Palace reminds me of another very popular Indian restaurant around here, but it is so much better! We've not dined in yet, the location is the old Celeste Italian restaurant. The place is clean and quiet with tons of convenient parking. The gentlmen at the host desk is friendly and efficient. They always pack our food perfectly, no spills, nothing missing. The naan are always fresh and seem handmade compared to the other popular place that no longer makes their naan. The peshwari naan is stuffed full of sweet complex flavors, chewy but tender. Other places we often were left wondering, "is this peshwari or is this plain naan?" You will not encounter that here. The rice is aromatic, and so fluffy every single time. While we haven't explored many dishes, the ones we stick to have been delicious and we are impressed every time we have the chicken Tikka Masala, butter Chicken, Chicken tandoori, saag paneer and vegetable coconut korma. I will state that the saag paneer w medium spice is my usual Indian order and sometimes it is very oily from here, but the massive amounts of fresh tasting, tender paneer makes up for the oiliness. The paneer has never been tough, dried out, crumbly or a meager portion like other places. We ordered the tandoori chicken for the first time and that was also oily at the bottom of the container...but the freshness of the peppers and onions with the tenderness and flavor of the chicken overpowered the oil. So I just choose not to mix it up and serve over rice without the excess oil-that would be the only negative thing I have to say about the some of the food here. The samosas are large, crisp and stuffed full of flavor, their sauces are never watered down. Portion sizes are generous, we always have delicious leftovers even when determined to eat it all. The prices here are very reasonable compared to other local restaurants. We may never return to our previous beloved Indian place on Parleys Way or in Provo(their service/ambiance/decor is always good) , this place is hands down better when it comes to food. I can imagine dine in service is above par as well. So while the decor isn't as much of a fun transportation as the popular Mumbai/Bombay House is, the food at Bombay Palace seems prepared with care in quality that you can not find at the other places anymore. Came here for my bday and was very pleased. Went blindly off reviews but I'd agree with everyone. It was all super yummy. I wish we got a pic of our food. Butter chicken was super yummy!!
