When good employees consistently leave, management should take a serious look at what is happening behind the scenes. Customers may be great, but retaining quality employees is also a leadership responsibility. This is actually the second location where I've experienced poor service, and that is concerning. I would strongly encourage management to invest in leadership and employee-relations training, listen to their employees, and identify why good people are leaving. As someone who teaches leadership and employee relations, I would be happy to recommend a few of my courses. Sometimes the issue isn't the customers, it's the workplace culture and how employees are being managed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve consistent, professional service, and employees deserve a workplace that makes them want to stay. She did something no one has ever took the time to do for me before. Test the levels of the machine to see what my skin and tolerance level could handle. For instance, level 25 is an average setting a spa would use on a client but being the seasoned adventurer and procedure getter that I am, I was all the way in the high 30s! Imagine what poor results I would have received if she would not have taken the time to determine what works for my skin. The average setting would have yielded poor results on me for sure. I am over the moon with the results of my photofacial. By far and away the best photo facial i have received ever. Right after, I went in for my appointment with CeCe for Botox. She is fan-fan-fantastic! She took the time to discuss my goals (DISABLE ALL MOVEMENT!!) and talk to me about my questions of additional procedures I am wanting to stop the hands of time, rid myself of the wrinkles.
