I have been getting my eyebrows professionally waxed for over 10 years and have maintained the same shape for years. I went in for a simple cleanup, not a reshape. I specifically booked with Reagan, but when I arrived I was told she was not working and was assigned to another waxer instead. Throughout the entire appointment, the waxer did not ask me a single question about how I wanted my brows shaped or how much hair I wanted removed. When the service was finished, a significant portion of my eyebrow had been waxed off, including areas that had always been part of my natural brow shape. My brows are now uneven and look nothing like the shape I came in with. The most frustrating part is that this was completely avoidable. My brows already had a well-established shape and only needed minor cleanup. Instead, I left with a problem that will take weeks or months to grow out. I have since spent over $100 on brow growth products and cosmetics to help manage the damage. While I was given a refund for the service, a refund does not restore the eyebrow hair that was removed or the confidence lost as a result of this experience. I am extremely disappointed by both the quality of the service and the lack of consultation before such a dramatic change was made. read more

I've been going to EWC in Bee Cave pretty much since it opened. I like that they offer different packages, depending on how frequent you want service. Over the years, I've had a few different waxers, but since 2020, I've been seeing Makenzie. When you find someone good, you stick with them! She's efficient, thorough and fun to chat with too. If you didn't know this already, this establishment is a national franchise. It's actually a good thing especially if you travel quite often and couldn't get your last minute wax before leaving home. You can always expect the same degree of satisfaction, professionalism and friendly staff before and after you receive your service. This particular location in Bee Cave is busy. Her technique is virtually painless!!! I got a Brazilian after not coming in for a couple months and was expecting it to be very painful and have some stragglers but this girl got every hair out with limited strips!!! She may be willing to gamble with her life, but i cannot be in that close of contact, knowing i could inadvertently pass it on to her and baby. Underarms? Check Legs? Check Um, down there? Check Diana takes great care of me. Love the online scheduling and I also like that it's just as easy to call the front desk and schedule with a person. I don't do the membership, but I know it's a better deal. (I'm a commitment phobe.) I've been to another person besides Diana and the service was just as good, same products, same approach, same great results. If Diana isn't available I know that I'm in good hands with others on staff, but I really like her so I try to schedule around the times that she's there. I legit thought about writing this review ALL night! I walked in yesterday morning randomly and asked if maybe I could get a brazillian if there was time. The blond girl was super nice and said yep! and then made it EVEN better and said "and your first time is 50% off" SO GOOD! The gal I had was Tessa and seriously this was THE best wax I've ever had. She was so chill and easy to talk to and did an AMAZING job (and as a redhead...that shit ain't easy). Awesome!! Robyn is totally the one to see... I had never had my eyebrows done and I took my mom and my friend. Robyn did an amazing job on my friend and gave her a perfect brow! I was shocked and amazed at what a difference they could make on your brows. Her lips look amazing and they are sooooooooo much better! I love my eyebrows! Have gotten both my underarms and eyebrows done here and I've always been happy everytime I leave, especially with my brows. I've had them done by two different waxers who work there but they always turn out great. They're a bit disorganized when checking out, but they're still really new, so I guess they're still perfecting everything. But they're always super friendly and the place is super spotless. I have mixed emotions about visiting here. On one hand, my waxer is sweet, thorough, and professional. The facility is nice looking and sanitary, one of my ongoing concerns with any salon. It is conveniently located right across from Whole Foods in the Hill Country Mall. However, the front desk ladies continue to try to coerce you into signing up for a membership or buying into a package. I politely decline and they continue to pull out charts and grids to go over price savings. I have heard the "pitch" multiple times. I can "read" and am not interested. I just want to get my wax and move on. It is to the point that I may look elsewhere. Just not a fan of sales people pushing down a product at the end of my visit. read more

Robyn is the one to see! I saw her for brows and Brazilian. She makes you feel so comfortable, she's SO fun to chat with, and does a great job! The staff at this location is super helpful and inviting! I travel internationally for work and was in desperate need to repair my eyebrows. I was assigned to Robyn, and she talked through with me what I wanted to do and how I wanted my eyebrows to look. We completely re-sculpted my eyebrows in just 6 weeks! Now, my eyebrows are full and perfectly measured to fit my eye! I am beyond pleased! I cannot believe that I was able to repair them in such a short time! I made an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed after reading reviews in Yelp. I finally saw someone 15 minutes past my appt. time. This was my first time at European Wax Center and my initial impression was not great. My go-to eyebrow wax place (Moore Couture off south Lamar) always- and I mean always- mark my eyebrows in length and shape and then proceeds with waxing, trim the length of my eyebrow hair, and then tweeze the hair in difficult to reach areas. This place doesn't do any of that (at least in my appt.) and I didn't feel fully satisfied. On top of that when I left the receptionist asked me to tip. Randee is the best! I was about to give up on EWC because my experiences in Round Rock weren't the best.
