I turn to the lady massaging my head and asked if she was filming me and she said yes, I responded and said no I don't want to be filmed. After the massage was over she asked for our phone numbers to "approve or disapprove" the footage for her to use. I was so confused and annoyed and said no two times persistently, still she was trying to convince me by saying how she won't be using my face. I told her I don't want any footage of my head or anything and she looked almost baffled that I said that. Anyway I'm super frustrated with the way she was handling this whole filming thing, it seemed more important than the actual massage. At one point I even heard her say to the girl filming "one more time over here" while I was trying to relax. I have a good feeling they are going to use that footage anyway.

And after finally being seated, 1 person came over to move a stool over, a second person brought over their little rack on wheels with all their tools. A 3rd person filled the tub, and the 4th person actually did the work. Telling me it was just red, that nothing happened, telling me I was ok and didn't even apologize. Obviously I didn't get charged since this was 1 min into my session but she didn't even offer any other compensations specially because now my face is burnt. I was beyond frustrated with the situation and the worst part was that she didn't even acknowledge her wrongdoing.

I tried calling the phone number associated with the shop via google and no one answered so as someone unfamiliar with the area and shop I was left to try to figure it out myself. For anyone else who may be new to the shop it is in a strip mall in Lakeland that has green awnings and the shop itself is part of a conglomerate of mini-shops so don't look for this shop's name on the awning (it is just a designated room inside).
