If you're no longer accepting a gift card program, update your listings and train your staff accordingly. What made the experience even worse was the manager's response. Plus there are some great barbers and stylist that I have used when my regular girl is out. I always impressed by how everyone I see here and they are very professional. One day it was raining as I just had my hair done I really did not want to ruin it by running to my car in the rain, thankfully I was offered an umbrella by the girl up front so I could get to my car unscathed! He washed my hair and used the towel to quickly dry it, immediately use the same towel to wrap around my neck. Since the towel was damp, that immediately triggered a rash on my neck. He cut my hair while my hair was dripping wet, dripping water wet. I was shocked and thought what? The whole time it felt like he was rushing me and rushing to the next appointment. Blow dried my hair quick. Since the customer is immediately lined up the next, When I left my hair still hasn't fully dried. I have to go back to the salon and ask him to use a blow dryer again because it felt damp. For what I paid $60 it felt unprofessional.
