I'm very dissatisfied with the work done by Stylist Ashley. She is not very conscientious, and her pruning skills are not good. On 1/17/2020 when she cut my hair done. I already said it was too short and not the shape I wanted. But Since she used a hair dryer to make the shape, it covered the true style I didn't see how ugly was at the time. After I went home and washed my hair, I realized that I could n't go out to meet anyone at all, Hair affects my image too much. It's completely different from the picture I gave her. Because she has the next appointment customer coming soon. In order to finish my hair as soon as possible, she uses the outdated Thin tooth scissors for thinning. She trimmed my hair too thin, there were faults between the layers, there was no connection between the hair, What she cut for me wasn't the shape and volume of Bob's hair at all. Ashley and Annie are the sweetest!! I was looking for nearby salons and stumbled upon their Yelp page. Given that they had such great reviews, I knew I had to give them a try. Very easy appointment scheduling (text or call). They are located in a clean and cozy suite. I've been to them twice already now. The first time was for a haircut and the second time was for a hair treatment. Annie gives the BEST head massages and Ashley gave me a fresh cut. My hair is really dry and damaged so she was able to make my hair feel a lot lighter without compromising too much length. She evened out my layers and styled my hair beautifully (I'm the girl with the pastel pink hair with tattoo on my back in the photos). Ashley recommended that I do the hair treatment, which uses imported products from Korea. I agreed to return on another date to get this done. The treatment really improved the condition of my hair. Totally worth it for the price I paid. Ashley did let me know that I will need to do this treatment frequently in order to see lasting results which is not an issue for me.
