So I visited this place for the first time ever tonight and it was not a very good experience. It was just horrible! For this being my first time to ever visit Bombshells period I do not think I'll be visiting any other location. When I first arrived with my party we were greeted just fine and sat down immediately. Drinks orders were taken and brought back to the table immediately. After the food was ordered along with an alcoholic drink I never saw the waitress again. So a person from my party had to go to the bar to get her drink and then afterwards the waitress came up and said "I forgot" and then said the bar was backed up anyway which was a lie because the booth next to me got their alcoholic drink as soon as they were waited on by another waitress. So time goes on and then we finally receive our food which wasn't bad, it was decent but the service definitely didn't make the experience any better. Once the food came out the waitress NEVER came back to the table and asked of we needed a refill, if everything was alright or nothing in such nature. We had to get another waitress to get us a refill and then we had to get up and ask for a manager because we were ready to go and instead of just leaving without paying we had to chase someone down for us to get the bill. When we told the manager our problem with the waitress she did give us a discount however that didn't change my experience. I don't think I'll be visiting any Bombshells nor recommending it to anyone I know. Please get better waitresses with better customer service, because just being pretty isn't going to make the service any better especially if drinks aren't being served. Smh. read more

He said they would be taking care of the situation My husband and I like going to bombshells often. We enjoy the drinks,food,atmosphere, but the Pearland location was absolutely terrible. It's very unfortunate because we do live in the area but will now definitely keep doing the drive to the other locations. We were seated at one of the booths 20 minutes went by and not one person acknowledged us after that. It was not a busy day at all compared to other locations but maybe it's because of the low quality of customer service this location provides. There were girls standing around talking to each other, some were being grabbed by some of the men sitting by the bar. We made eye contact with several of the girls and still none of them bothered to ask us if we needed anything. Finally I just decided for us to leave and go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. Before I left I spoke to the manager he was a slim African American guy wearing a gray button down shirt, he didn't have a name tag so I wasn't able to get his name. He was flirting with one of the waitresses and he seemed annoyed I was interrupting. I informed him of the situation and all he did was smirk then laugh and said if I could give him 30 minutes he would serve us himself. I walked away annoyed and felt like such an idiot because at that point the waitress started giggling herself. I own a business myself and if I heard of a manager running my business like this I would fire them on the spot, because all they're actually doing is running the business to the ground. How I stated earlier we will not be returning to this location and by the looks of it on yelp I'm not the only one that has had this issue. Disgusting is the word I would use for my short experience there. My wife, child and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. We were greeted by Brie and she told us she would be our server. After about 15 minutes she had not returned. I went in and told another waitress to let her know we were ready. Brie then returned and told us she would be right back. After another 10 minutes of no service we got up and left. We were outdoors and were the only ones without any food or beverage. Do not try this restaurant as it may take you an hour to even have someone acknowledge you. I would give it less than one star but not able to do that. read more

Wow. I walked inside, table to my left with 5 girls circled around it all staring into their phones. Table to the right (hostess), head buried in her phone. Neither table acknowledged me when I walked in. I had to ask "Can I sit anywhere?" (HINT) The place was empty. Hostess takes me and sits me in a back booth. I waited for 30 minutes without anyone bringing me a menu or asking if I'd like a drink. Finally after having to waive down the waitress and asking for a menu, she brings me one. 10 more minutes go by and I'm trying to make it obvious I'd like to order... that same waitress I had to physically waive over and she asks if I've been helped yet. Nope I haven't. Meanwhile that same group of Boujee girls are all buried in their phones taking selfies at the table by the entry. The food was mediocre tasting, highly priced with subpar service. I ordered chicken Alfredo for $15 and it tasted exactly like an 80 cent, frozen, Michelina's chicken alfredo. Another member of my party ordered a pizza with mushroom and the mushrooms were missing. Our waitress had attitude the entire time and seemed to not want to wait on us. I came here with a group of my friends because it's a new hot place and a couple of my friends work here. The staff service is great they're all very nice but the food was not my favorite. I got 10 piece wings and didn't like how the chicken tasted i told my waiter and another one of my friends didn't like her food either she got quesadillas. The waiter got the manager to come over but he didn't even acknowledge me he only got something for my other friend so not only have i wasted my money but i lost my appetite. Upon arriving we found ample parking and a very clean restaurant. We were greeted quickly and seated shortly after arriving. Though the service was good the food was expensive, cold and not well portioned for the money. If you're looking for cute girls they're here, just don't expect a great meal. read more

Inattentive staff. The wait staff spent more time socializing than being responsive, engaging to customer needs. While wait listed for a larger table to accommodate our group size of 6, we were asked by hostess to go stand by a table that became available so that someone would clean it and we could stake claim for it while we were on the wait list- SERIOUSLY? Is this your operational process? The food was ok, nothing special. Wings were much better than Hooters. We had to keep asking for things and music is too loud to have conversations at your table while watching TVs. This turned into a club atmosphere with a very immature crowd who wants to see and be seen...a total meat market. Not sure why this says, I am from California when I am in Texas but here goes. We went to the Bombshells Pearland this Sunday to watch the game, have a few drinks, and eat some food. Our waitress Camille was new and we saw she had an issue with not only our table but the table in front of us. So when it came time to pay the tab. I got my tab and it had 2 extra drinks on it. I informed the waitress and she modified it and I paid. Then my brother in law got his tab. He only had the a pulled pork sandwich. The bill said 12 and some change with tax but when Camille brought the receipt to be signed it had 22 dollars on it. They verified that the item on the menu was only 11 dollars so 12 dollars with tax. Then the restaurant kept saying they fixed it but never brought a receipt or anything to show us it was fixed. Finally we got the last receipt and it show 2 more drinks on it. We kept sending the waitress back and she kept coming back with the same receipt. Finally the manager came back and he kept asking who got the two extra drinks on the receipt. I said they were mine and I paid for them on my tab. As if we were lying about paying our tab. The waitress Camille agreed. We then spoke to the General Manager (Brian Flett). This was only after we went to him he did not come to us. He said we would not see the extra charge on the credit card but had no way of showing us that or giving us a receipt showing the credit. So if want to go to place where they try to over charge you and add extra charges to your account this is the place. read more

The service at this place is absolutley horrible. My friend and I waited at least 5 minutes to be seated and at least 10 minutes for a server to take our order. If she wasn't treating I would have left right then. We flagged down a manager to order and he didn't bring any of the drinks I ordered. I flagged down a server and begged her to take care of us because obviously the manager didn't know what he was doing. When I got my wings they had an average and were overpriced. My drink came halfway through the meal and after asking 3 different people for a beverage. Some of my wings were not as the manager described so I ordered a different flavor. The new wings I got were cold. My drink didn't taste all that good. Ironically the manager came back to check on us AFTER everything went wrong and the check came much faster than anything else did. Everybody was so slow(including the manager) that we didnt bother to complain. I've visit this Bombshell a couple times since it has open have had nothing but wonderful and great experiences, atmosphere, and food service. The food was just simply amazing, my favorite dish would have to be the pasta; and if I have to choose a favorite waitress it be Bri Jones. She was all around a five star server she has a wonderful personality beautiful smile and made sure that me and my family was good. I would give this location five stars. read more

Not impressed. Been trying for a while to check this out. We do wings every week. We won't go back. Service wasn't great and our order came out incorrectly after a wait (asked specifically to take off avocado because of an allergy)and both wraps came out with avocado. bombshells has become a regularity for me because of the immaculate hospitality of the bombshells team. everybody at the restaurant always has such positive and happy energy. one girl in particular who really stands out to me and i would 10/10 recommend for anybody to request for is Meraiah. i have had her as a waitress and a bartender. She always has a big smile on her face, super nice and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Second time being here 1st experience wasn't the best, but due to how close it is from home gave it another go let's just say this is the last time I will come here. Not only does it take a long time to get your food and drinks, but the waitresses don't check in on you unless it's a table with all men or unless you flag them down. The ones we have had aren't the brightest and they walk around looking like they are mad at the world. When you have to ask the manager where you waitress is at there's a problem. We ordered 2 rounds of shots and she came back and said they didn't have the stuff to make the shots we requested so we swapped them out for other ones. Cool we left it at that. When we got our tabs we had originally asked for split bills between those of us who went. My bill seemed correct. I got charged for a round of the shots they didn't give me but I was thinking it was ok since they replaced the ones I ordered for a different shot. I have my card and she quickly went to process it. When she comes back I realize she charged me for the shots I didn't get and the ones I did get instead were charged on my cousins tab. In the mix of trying to sort out the bill to remove them off my cousins she wanted to refund me and charge me again which I declined I had already signed my ticket and tipped almost $10 which she didn't deserve but I don't like going out and not tipping. Manager was called out and we tried getting the tabs squared away they were supposed to remove a round off of my cousins tab and they didn't instead she brings out another 2 receipts with a lesser amount stating that she refunded me for the shots and that she would charge me a separate tab for the shots charged to my cousin instead. Takes the original higher receipt with the tip reflecting the original amount without me noticing it. When I ask for it back she brings a reprint closed out tab with a high tip. I requested original and she rolled her eyes and gave it. While all this confusion with the tab was going on we see the table next to us had the shots we had ordered and were told they couldn't make because they didn't have the stuff so my cousin questions her and she said they opened a new bottle for them. Hmmm I thought we were all customers why is it that some can get service while others can't?! Yeah last time coming here if y'all like shitty service and bitter looking waitresses be my guest, but definitely not worth it!! read more

This was one of the worst and belittling experiences that myself and my husband experienced. Upon entering we were created by friends. We were asked for IDs if we would be drinking. However, there was several people of other nationalities that entered before and after us who were not asked for ID to enter the resteraunt. The security was a heavy set African American female she was extremely rude and demanding. We were finally seated after 20 minutes and there were tables opened. The manager also approached a group that we were with at our table in a very rude and disrespectful manner asking who was drinking and further demanding to see identification at this time it was out 3rd time showing IDs. The food was cold and subpar and the drinks were not strong at all. The manager was very rude. I was charged incorrectly twice. And the manager was very rude and unapologetic! The waitresses also are very rude and the customer service is poor unless you are an older gentleman in which they assume they will get a large tip. The manager was a heavy set Caucasian Guy. The TV setup and food are great! However, the wait staff is not sanitary and not attentive to their guest. I've visited several times. We sat on the patio once and didn't have any waitress stop to greet us or take our order. We waited 20 minutes before stopping a random waitress and asking her to take our order. Another time, we sat at the bar. The service is more attentive; however, I noticed the lack of sanitation. One of the waitresses was drinking her Starbuck's drink behind the bar and eating wings. She licked her fingers and then merely wiped her hands on her uniform. She never washed her hands! I saw her touch the INSIDE of glasses numerous times with the same fingers that she had just licked. I was so grossed out by their lack of sanitation. The manager saw her eating and drinking behind the bar but never said anything. Despite the good food quality, the lack of sanitation on the floor (who knows what it's like in the kitchen) makes me skeptical of eating or drinking anything there. read more

Just had dinner here for the 2nd time. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich with no onions. When it was delivered, it had onions. They had to remake the sandwich. My wife asked for mashed potatoes instead of fries with her order. When we got the bill, I was charged for 2 sandwiches and there was an up charge for the mashed potatoes, even though the waitress said she could simply switch it out. I complained about these charges and a "manager" came over to the table. When we explained and I said most restaurants would offer some sort of compensation for the restaurant's mistake, he said he did comp the 2nd sandwich I was charged for. That made me angry. I asked to speak to his superior, who never showed up. In the end I was comped for the original sandwich, but now I'm angry with the way this place is run. It's obvious they're trying to compete with Hooters. The service is terribly slow even though there seems to be at least 60 girls scantly clothed and running tables. It's obvious the place is run by an inexperienced group of people. We won't go out of our way (it's on a feeder road and not convenient to anything but the next-door Holiday Inn) to patronize this business. read more
