This place is awful. I invited my family member to Happy Hour. We sit down and we're helped by a server who is new. With her being new, she should of had someone there to help her. There were several girls just sitting around the door chit chatting, and not helping tables. She didn't know much about the menu, but to her credit she did the best she could BY HERSELF. We placed a food order and was notified 20 mins later that the system was down. We waited another 20 mins, but the system was still down and our food order was never placed. We suggested that they placed the order on a ticket the old fashion way, but the manager told her she could not. Finally we were fed up, and we asked if we could pay for the drinks we had in cash only noting that we had $16 dollars because we weren't expecting to spend cash. We only had $16 for a $21 drink order. After waiting 40 mins, and mediocre drinks, you would think they would let it go since the customer service was terrible. The manager told us there's an ATM we could use. If the system was down, you should of notified us upon walking in to give us the CHOICE to stay. Holding us there for $5 while your crappy system comes up, is OUTRAGEOUS. The customer service clearly sucks!! The manager was clearly not accommodating. He wasn't even able to provide a time when the system would be back up, yet instead of compensating us for their crappy system, we were told to visit an ATM. My husband and I decided to try this place for the first time tonight. Let me be clear the waiter was very nice and professional however, our entire order was wrong. For starters, we had the Veggie Quesadillas, asked for no mushrooms, there were mushrooms, my husband ordered the Cyclone Chicken, asked for no bacon, there was bacon, we ordered a Cheese Pizza, no sauce, with Jalopenos, bell peppers and onion, there was sauce. They re-made the pizza, no sauce this time, but no onion, or bell pepper. How in the world do you mess up on every single dish ordered? Management, better look into these wrong orders straight away, this is crazy. Very bad experience. I've been hearing lots of good things about this place and I finally had a chance to see for myself. Ordered 4 drinks and 40min later only got 3 of the 4. After 20min, got the 4th one. Waitress disappeared for at least 30min and came back to take food order, that came out in a exceptional amount of time. But overall, I cant give them a pass because of the crowd, because workers who have attitudes and bad food can all be changed. It's a chose to improve and it's common sense if your in this line of work, be courteous, serve food that won't kill somebody, and think timeliness. Disappointed. The atmosphere is good and the food is better than expected. More updated version of "Hooters" type concept. Big restaurant, lots of booths. Decent for liberal families to take kids along. HOWEVER, the service sucks. We were there on a Monday afternoon to watch an Astros playoff game. The place was less than half full, WAY less than half full. There seemed to be plenty of staff in the building, but not too many actually working. The servers were set up at a table in the very back section, closed to seating. They were chatting, playing on their phones, etc...CLEARLY A MANAGEMENT ISSUE. There were managers in the back having social hour with the servers. At one point, there was a long stretch of time when there wasn't even anyone behind the bar. I am a former waitress and bar tender, so I understand Shift-Change, but you can't leave an entire restaurant without a server in sight. PLUS there were more than a few dirty, empty tables that no one had cleared during the entire hour+ that we were there. Again, Management issues! Additionally, once the baseball game was over (aired on TBS) no one thought to change the TV stations, so the entire restaurant was broadcasting syndicated issues of some random animated, adult-comedy....again, management issues! This establishment is a joke now! I used to come here faithfully every Tuesday evening and sit at the bar on the patio. Service and management used to be wonderful. I went last night for the first time in months and what a mess it has become?! They had a crowd but that is no excuse for the piss poor service received. The girls were walking around eating chicken wings and playing/texting on their phones while we sat at a table well over 30 minutes and no one EVER even greeted us. I spoke with the manager and he didn't seem to care much so I definitely won't be back. If you're in the area and looking for a bar, music, and food I would definitely recommend Sam's Boat or Bogie's Pub. Stay away from this place. I only rated them 1-star because I had to. Oh and I forgot to mention the drinks suck now. The only reason I stayed is because of a server named Unisys. I love their visual theme. Friendly greeters at the door but that's where it ends. I had two waitresses that just got hired. They were training each other which I thought was odd. The poor waitress should've been with a trained staff member. She kept on messing up our order or not putting in our order. The cheese fries are hot Cheeto fries which doesn't look good and taste horrible. I played it safe and ordered wings but it was the wrong wings. I've been to bombshells 4 times probably. Good music because they have a good DJ. When the bartender came up to us she told us it was last call but it was only 130am. Manager came up to us and told us the bartender did not feel comfortable serving us drinks. We only had 3 beers a peice, didn't understand it. Makes me feel like she was being racist towards us because we weren't Hispanic. I will never go there again. They are acting like they are trying to be twin peaks but the service is horrible. I Just visited Bombshells for the first time. I ordered the shrimp cocktail which, to my surprise, was absolutely perfect. It was prepared ceviche style, mixed with diced fresh vegetables and a picante sauce. The shrimp were large, firm and very fresh. The portion was enormous; it was served with a large bowl of tortilla chips. This a great appetizer to share or a perfect dish for a light summer meal. I just loved this dish. read more

Everybody paid their bill but the waitress still charged my card $156 the manager is doing nothing about it. They will steal your money and act very LOST.. GARBAGE CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN... & this is not the first time it's happen ! February 23, 2020 @ 5PM. This was my first overnight stop in Houston, staying just down the street at the holiday inn. Based on a suggestion we went to the Boomshell. After being seated we waited over 15 minutes to be attended to. The waitress I assume that had our station visited the booths on each side of us and never approaching us. Got tired of waiting, went to the hostess station, where there were no less than 6 waitresses standing around. I mentioned about the waiting period and they all gave me the classic DEER in the headlight look. Not one of them offered help nor an apology. In addition to the staff issue, the booth we were sat at, was filthy and the table top was covered by some sticky matter that defied normal adhesive powers. I was here Saturday 1/25/20 and the experience was horrible. Service was lacking, took forever to get drinks. Servers were sleeping in booths ignoring their tables. Our party of 5 waited nearly 30 minutes for our food, only to be told that one of the servers had dropped my order on her way to the table. We were assured the kitchen was making a new burger, but another 30 min later the rest of my party was done eating and I still had not received my order. Asked the manager to just make it to go, 20 more minutes and the food finally came out. Took ANOTHER 10 minutes to get our check so we could pay and leave. The service is horrible we were seated at a table wait staff passed our table for fifteen minutes not one stopped to see if we would like water. After 15 minutes I told my parents let's go to a real restaurant. Took over half an hour to get our appetizer...so long that it came out with our enrtree order. My food was wrong....3 times!!! I'm not a picky eater at all. They just kept bringing the wrong items. And it would be understandable if it was just a kitchen mistake but our waitress would come by maybe every 10-15 min if we we're lucky. Very unattentive. So I visited this place for the first time ever tonight and it was not a very good experience. It was just horrible! For this being my first time to ever visit Bombshells period I do not think I'll be visiting any other location. When I first arrived with my party we were greeted just fine and sat down immediately. Drinks orders were taken and brought back to the table immediately. After the food was ordered along with an alcoholic drink I never saw the waitress again. So a person from my party had to go to the bar to get her drink and then afterwards the waitress came up and said "I forgot" and then said the bar was backed up anyway which was a lie because the booth next to me got their alcoholic drink as soon as they were waited on by another waitress. So time goes on and then we finally receive our food which wasn't bad, it was decent but the service definitely didn't make the experience any better. Once the food came out the waitress NEVER came back to the table and asked of we needed a refill, if everything was alright or nothing in such nature. We had to get another waitress to get us a refill and then we had to get up and ask for a manager because we were ready to go and instead of just leaving without paying we had to chase someone down for us to get the bill. When we told the manager our problem with the waitress she did give us a discount however that didn't change my experience. I don't think I'll be visiting any Bombshells nor recommending it to anyone I know. Please get better waitresses with better customer service, because just being pretty isn't going to make the service any better especially if drinks aren't being served. Smh. read more

Never coming to this location again Response to Macy*** i already spoke to Chase Holt and this is the email I sent him on November 4th. He said they would be taking care of the situation My husband and I like going to bombshells often. We enjoy the drinks,food,atmosphere, but the Pearland location was absolutely terrible. It's very unfortunate because we do live in the area but will now definitely keep doing the drive to the other locations. We were seated at one of the booths 20 minutes went by and not one person acknowledged us after that. It was not a busy day at all compared to other locations but maybe it's because of the low quality of customer service this location provides. There were girls standing around talking to each other, some were being grabbed by some of the men sitting by the bar. We made eye contact with several of the girls and still none of them bothered to ask us if we needed anything. Finally I just decided for us to leave and go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. Before I left I spoke to the manager he was a slim African American guy wearing a gray button down shirt, he didn't have a name tag so I wasn't able to get his name. He was flirting with one of the waitresses and he seemed annoyed I was interrupting. I informed him of the situation and all he did was smirk then laugh and said if I could give him 30 minutes he would serve us himself. I walked away annoyed and felt like such an idiot because at that point the waitress started giggling herself. I own a business myself and if I heard of a manager running my business like this I would fire them on the spot, because all they're actually doing is running the business to the ground.
