I really like this location, shoutout to Marissa, Ashly, and OD, but what is being done about the warm beer/line issue in the early mornings? Absolutely unacceptable to just have warm beer every morning until the lines are run - and it shouldn't be on the customers to run the beer out of the warm lines, it should be on the restaurant. You're essentially charging people to run the lines for you each day. Management and the bartenders seem fully aware of the matter, on multiple occasions I've been told that the lines are hot each day because they run through the ceiling. So?!? Showed up to bomb shells after work with my team and was given horrible service. Unfortunately I do not remember the severs name but the manager Brandon as well was very rude to all of us. Working in the industry we all were pretty shocked at how unprofessional he was. He doesn't seem very professional or knowledgeable on how to handle or speak to guest. The service here was absolutely horrendous. The waitress came took our order, it took forever! There may have been 10 people in the entire restaurant. Another friend joined us she told him to hurry with his order because she had to get to school. But another waitress would be taking over. We understood that. The waitress came told us her name & walked away. His food came. It was not what he ordered. He told the waitress & she said your ticket says that's what you got & we never saw her again. Food was as expected however the grilled chicken breast was paper thin, the Renegade pasta was good. Place was busy because of the NBA Finals but we were seated right away however three tables that got seated after us were helped fairly quickly. It was about 15+ minutes from the time we got seated until I was able to wave someone over to ask for a server. I don't think they were understaffed as there were a number of waitresses walking around so just be aware the service may be on the slow side. read more

Whoever said that Disneyland and Disney World are the funnest places on Earth haven't been to the Bombshells in Stafford Texas. This place is awesome. The food is always great. The service is amazing. And ambiance is superb. The girls serving and bartending are always super friendly. I have been there 4 or 5 times in the last couple of months even though I live about 800 miles away. And I will be back every time I have a chance and I am in the area. Some girls that were especially awesome are; Roxy, Marissa, Selena, Maddison, Cloud, Asia and Elizabeth. They were all super friendly and wonderful. And most of them weren't even my server. Service just to get a waitress at 11:15am today was terrible! Took 8 minutes to place a drink order for two people. Then after we got our food our waitress didn't come back to check on us not once! But we still tipped her. Our seafood orders didn't come with the basic expected condiment..TARTAR SAUCE! We had to ask for it and then they charged us for it. Oh yeah it had too much vinegar in it. At 2:10 the manager came around and said start wrapping up, even though we hadn't cashed out, due to our waiter. At 2:15 a police came around and said if we didn't leave he would make us leave. I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes for a server to come up to the table. I ended up just going to the bar area to be served. The food was okay nothing out of this world. The ambiance was that of any sports bar. This is the 3rd time I have come to this location and have been upset with the service. Place was horrible. It was our first visiting, arrived around 4pm on Saturday, not busy, most of the individuals were sitting at the bar. We got seated immediately, 5 minutes went by, no service and 2 to 3 waitress walked right by our table. Finally got up and walked over to the bar and asked if we needed to wait on ourselves or someone would be by to take our order, stated I will send someone right over. I just sat at the bar, it took about 10 minutes for one of the two bartenders to acknowledge me while they're serving people around us. No problem, maybe they're busy. One bartender starts asking what I would like, and someone next to us puts his hand up and she just leaves to take his order. She comes back a few minutes later and takes our drink order. When we got our drinks, I asked for a food menu, that took about 5 minutes to just get a menu and when she brought it, she literally tossed it in front of me. 15 minutes went by without even looking at us, so we asked to get a table so we could try to get some service.
