After our fitness workshop I met friend's for dinner. We debriefed on the workshop, bonded through shared experiences and had a lot of laughs. It was refreshing after hours of cardio training. We ordered an assortment of dishes...quesadillas, salmon, smash burger, steak, etc. I had also the potato soap. One of my friends had the enchiladas soup. We were served supper fast and our food was steaming hot. I had the smash burger and fries for $11.90 + tip (Pick 3 - soup/salad, beverage and entree). Went to this location for skillet cookie. The friendly bartender put in my order before I even made it to my seat -- it was out in minutes! I quietly enjoyed it at the bar and watched what was on the tv. The bartender put area was super nice and a great place to relax. Quality and service has gone down a lot here since its opened last time we went all food was so bland we just left without eating any there and ambiance is casual . We decided to come to this chilis bc it was close to another stop we were making this day. I haven't had a bad experience at Chilis since our server debacle of 2021 back in my old hometown. We ordered our apps and food before another table was seated near us. So we were surprised that they received their food before us. Then when we did, we received our entrees before our app. We needed to remind them that we actually ordered an app. One of my biggest pet peeves when eating out is when food comes out of order or is rushed. As for the food, my medium rare steak came out basically raw. My margarita had no salt or sugar on the rim. My partners Dr Pepper kept getting returned as a diet or regular Coke. Chilis was the place to be in the past, and I am realizing I want to bring this presence back into my life! I started this review off serious af, LOL! But seriously, I went in one evening after work to indulge in my free birthday dessert, and to say I enjoyed my time is truly an understatement. It was during happy hour so, yes of course I ordered a drink. Wouldn't you? I had a house margarita on the rocks and it was great. I had some chips/salsa too- which were not all that, but a good snack nonetheless. The chips/salsa also comes with a side of ranch- to me that is odd but others may enjoy this. It was not packed so the service was quick. My waiter was great! I can't remember his name though- sorry sir. I recommend that everyone signs up for the birthday club or whatever it's called because Chilis is very giving during your birthday month. The molten cake dessert is huge and I didn't know that there were multiple sizes of the cake (I learned this from my waiter.) I will return for happy hour or dinner again. Enjoy the pics! read more

Don't order chips and salsa. They give you tons of chips ... in lots of small pieces. It's pretty frustrating to eat chips that can't even be dunked into salsa without your finger contaminating the salsa. Cajun chicken pasta is always good. Our go to dish. Along with a sampler. read more

We come to this chilis all the time. The food is usually good...sometimes it's a little meh, but overall good. However, We always know we're going to have amazing service if GRANT is our server. He is ALWAYS on it. He'll get you a refill before you even realize you need one. Always super helpful with menu questions, always gets your order correct, and always has a smile on his face. I'm a Chili's fan. There, I said it. Even living in Texas, I have a sore spot for Chili's because of that molten lava cake! I know I can get authentic TexMex... but that cake! This particular location is not amazing... but it's conveniently off of Grand Parkway and near to Target and HEB. The menu is what it is, but what's notable here is the service. This location has only been open for a few months, so the service is still pretty slow. Keep that in mind if you have small children, or if you're in a rush. However, if you're looking for a decent night out or lunch with friends and have time to spare, you should be just fine. I had the 6 oz steak and avocado from the Guiltless Menu and ADDED ON the street corn for $1. So it doesn't come with the meal- as shown in the photo. For me, I was full enough and didn't feel overstuffed. The steak is super small when it comes out... you can barely see it under the avocado. Service was unacceptable, didn't get greeted by our server at all until we asked another server for help where she responded in a rude tone, "Sorry I'm not your server." We then waited at least half an hour for our appetizer dishes to come out and then our waiter didn't talk to our table again until we waved her down and asked to pay with cash where she responded by laughing in our faces and pointing at a busser who then said he could help us out with it. First, apologies to Mike, the mid day manager. You didn't deserve some of what I told you. You were not on duty during my visit. Ken waited on us during our visit yesterday. He seemed a little overwhelmed and didn't get our order straight. My drink order didn't come in a timely manner. I was told they were short on wait staff and the bartender was doing double duty. Usually when this happens the bartender's drinks are not that good and her service is even worse so I canceled my drink order. Long story short, my canceled drink came when our meal was half done and I was still charged. As we were leaving Vivian the manager tried to address my concerns but my nerves were short. After 20 minutes I decided to call back to voice my concerns. Vivian was very apologetic but wasn't try to keep a customer. This Chili's has been going downhill since Kenya and Emma left. It's a fairly newish location. It looks nice. That's were things end. The service here is absolutely terrible. The first time we went the service was slow, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was fairly new. Refills were almost non existent. We waited a long time for our food. Food was not good. Staff didn't seem to care. It's the second time months later, that I decided to give them a second chance. So we waited to be seated in an empty restaurant for about 5 minutes. We were finally seated, we're not asked for drink orders or anything. It was a little alarming when one member of the staff walked by us to the pillar where the menus are kept and slammed the door very loudly without any regard of anyone sitting directly behind that pillar. Maybe it was an accident? A one off. Fine. But about 5 minutes later another member of the staff walked by and did the same exact thing. So about 15 minutes go by. No drink orders. No one coming by to ask for our order. We finally decided to leave. I will add this was on a Wednesday at like 5:30pm to a nearly EMPTY restaurant. I will never return here. Two pretty awful experiences. I'm not a difficult customer. Check my other reviews if you need proof. But I'm pretty upset about both experiences I've had at this Chili's (we generally like Chili's at other locations). This might be my first 1 star review. read more

Literally the worst Chili's I have ever had to deal with. Each time I've gone here it's out of convenience, but now I will use the extra gas and go somewhere else. I suggest to anyone reading this do the same. I placed a mobile order for pick up and like always it came out late, however this time it was nearly half an hour late. The young people working there are completely rude and unhelpful, it is clear Chili's does not care about creating that classic experience the way it used too.
