I sat at the bar booth area and the bartender was really attentive and friendly. It was clean also. I got the 3 for me... the burger was OK, the salad was a salad but the fries were so salty that I wiped each one with the napkin and it was still super salty... hence the 3 stars.

We showed up at a somewhat busy time but we were seated very quickly. Service was quick to acknowledge us and take our order. We got the 3 for 1 which only costs $10. I strongly suggest that. Everything came out great and service was excellent too.

Chilis is very near to us plus favorite for margaritas and molten hot chocolate cake is the favorite one by far . Quality and service has gone down a lot here since its opened last time we went all food was so bland we just left without eating any there and ambiance is casual . Hope they improve quality and service here .

We decided to come to this chilis bc it was close to another stop we were making this day. I haven't had a bad experience at Chilis since our server debacle of 2021 back in my old hometown. We ordered our apps and food before another table was seated near us. So we were surprised that they received their food before us. Then when we did, we received our entrees before our app. We needed to remind them that we actually ordered an app. One of my biggest pet peeves when eating out is when food comes out of order or is rushed. As for the food, my medium rare steak came out basically raw. My margarita had no salt or sugar on the rim. My partners Dr Pepper kept getting returned as a diet or regular Coke. It just seemed like a rushing mess.

Chilis was the place to be in the past, and I am realizing I want to bring this presence back into my life! I started this review off serious af, LOL! But seriously, I went in one evening after work to indulge in my free birthday dessert, and to say I enjoyed my time is truly an understatement. It was during happy hour so, yes of course I ordered a drink. Wouldn't you? I had a house margarita on the rocks and it was great. I had some chips/salsa too- which were not all that, but a good snack nonetheless. The chips/salsa also comes with a side of ranch- to me that is odd but others may enjoy this. It was not packed so the service was quick. My waiter was great! I can't remember his name though- sorry sir. I recommend that everyone signs up for the birthday club or whatever it's called because Chilis is very giving during your birthday month. The molten cake dessert is huge and I didn't know that there were multiple sizes of the cake (I learned this from my waiter.) I will return for happy hour or dinner again. Enjoy the pics!

Don't order chips and salsa. They give you tons of chips ... in lots of small pieces. It's pretty frustrating to eat chips that can't even be dunked into salsa without your finger contaminating the salsa. Cajun chicken pasta is always good. Our go to dish. Along with a sampler.

They do not serve hotdogs I repeat - they do not serve hot dogs!…read more They serve much more than that. I came here for an event and was surprised at how good and fresh the food was. The staff was so attentive and knowledgeable on all the foods. It's American food, but they do a lot of fusion, so there was something for everyone. My favorite of the night was the loco moco fried rice and the lemon cheesecake! The cheesecake was zesty and not overly sweet, which I appreciated because it let me taste all the distinct flavors going on. The curry chicken salad with chickpeas I know my husband would've loved, I ate it for him lol. I don't know what it was but the bottom of it had a dressing that made it very delectable. I was on the outside on the patio that had a large fireplace and it was so cozy, I can imagine it being very inviting during winter time. Even though I drove from Cypress to Richmond, it was worth the drive. The general manager was super friendly and I learned they have a Cypress location so you know where I'll be going!

First, tonight my family and I came into the restaurant and were not greeted by any hostess or employee for about 7-10 minutes. We understood though because everyone seemed to be in a rush since it was busy. We patiently waited then we were finally seated. Our server took our drink orders first as usual, got us our drinks then walked away. We waited a good while for her to come back since we were wanting to order an appetizer, and that took forever. Once we finally were able to place our appetizer order, it took another 10 minutes for it to come out. Again, we tried our best to be nice since it was busy. Now to the meals.. we put in our order for our dishes and proceeded to wait about 30-35 minutes. There is only 3 of us! Once everyone got their meals we realized it just.. wasn't the best. - My mother ordered a customized pick 3 meal, her roasted chicken sandwich didn't have any roasted chicken, she said it was all lunch meat? And her bread was as hard as a rock. The "truffle fries" that she had to pay extra for didn't have any truffle, when asked about it.. we were informed it was just truffle "oil". What. Lastly, she didn't even receive her soup. They forgot about it. We had to remind them about the forgotten soup for my mother to finally receive it. She said it was not even good. - My mediterranean chicken bowl was..okay, but I did notice that last time I was here I had a good amount of chicken. This time.. I had barely any chicken. We received 0 REFILLS on our drinks, so by the time we ordered dessert we couldn't even finish it since we were so thirsty and the chocolate was so rich. In the end, the rush died down so much where once we sat up to go we were wondering why service was still awful when no one was in the restaurant. The manager did come to apologize, both our server and manager were very nice. They decided to take off the sandwich from our bill and remake the sandwich and soup to go. Once we got home, my mother realized the soup in our to go package was actually the correct soup, and that at the restaurant she has no idea what soup they brought her. Overall, this experience tonight has been awful. We went home thirsty and hungry.

The wait time was as expected for that amount of people to come in. I had the fire roasted salmon and I loved it. It was a great contrast of differing textures and flavors. It was a lot better than I expected. The portion for me was perfect, I was full and satisfied by the end of it. They do an excellent job in trying to accommodate everyone and they made an effort to regularly check in. This place has that woody, western vibe to it. Definitely a little pricey on certain menu items but aside from that a good time overall.

The ahi tuna wasn't the best. It wasn't fresh and the feta cheese was a bit too overwhelming. As for the spinach and artichoke dip, I felt like it was okay. Didn't really like the tomatoes as it made the dip runny and hinder the taste from the star ingredients of the dish. The smoked gouda burger was the best. The meat was cooked perfectly and the amount for each ingredients were given generously. I also really loved how you really can taste the smokiness from the bite. As for the pasta, I thought that it was good but not the best. It was starting to get a bit heavy with the amount of cheese and I do wish the cajun flavor could be a bit stronger. The chicken was also on the dry side but it's still pretty decent. Overall, this place is okay. Service could've been a bit better since it took a while for us to find someone to help us on our water refill and check.

They have so much to choose from. So you can get your burgers as a meal or on its own. Every burger comes with a double patty of meat, but you can get one with a single patty. The burgers are cooked to order and when you get them, they are fresh. They are not over seasoned, but they do have the perfect amount of seasoning on each Patti. The bacon was crisp and they did not skimp on the pieces of bacon. The vegetables are fresh and crisp and quite cold. The pickles are absolutely phenomenal and so tasty with the perfect crunch. The french fries came out fresh and salted perfectly and they were so tasty. The buns tasted a lot like challah bread. It was soft and flavorful and absolutely tasty. If I am being 100% honest, I have not had a burger that good in a long time. We enjoy burgers a lot and we're always looking for new places to try out and this is at the top of the list. If you are ever in the Richmond area, make sure you give this amazing hamburger joint a try. We thoroughly enjoyed this meal so much that we cannot wait to go back. I like that. Bacon cheeseburger was fine. The burgers appear to be frozen patties. The bacon was salty and cooked well, not too crispy and not floppy. The lettuce was shredded, could've used more. They put both mayo & mustard on their burgers. The hickory burger was ok. You couldn't really taste the bbq sauce. Tots were cooked extra crispy. Luckily that's how I like them but most customers probably would've preferred less crispy; like my husband. The crinkle fries were also a little too crispy for husband. Not too crispy for me.
