I am a regular at Grid. It is a great local spot. The food both bar and thai , YES THAI, is absolutely great. The bartenders are absolutely superb. John is a great guy. Anjeli, I call her Angel, is absolutley wonderful. She can read her clients/customers and know how they feel . She makes them feel at home, warm, comfortable. Love coming here as it's a great sports bar and always a good time. Right now they currently do not have a kitchen, but they do allow you to bring food from the outside, which is nice considering they have quite a few spots close around that you can walk to to pick up your food. Drinks are reasonably priced and they have shot specials as low as five dollars. The bartenders are always very friendly and they do a good job at keeping the relevant games going on their TVs however there is definitely more than enough TVs in the bar to where if you needed a different game you wouldn't disrupt what's going on. Only downside on the reason why I didn't give them five stars is because I heard the chicken wings were really good and I was looking forward to them however they did not have the kitchen open. read more

Having previously canvassed the neighborhood foodies for their recommendations on best wings in the area, Gridiron's name came up a couple of times. I got the 10 wings for $10 plate - half Thai chile and half lemmon pepper. Both were hot, delicious, meaty and perfectly cooked. Gridiron is proud of their wings and deservedly so.
